Customer Service is Amazing. It seems as though the prices has skyrocketed since the state began reopening. The prices are higher than they were before the whole COVID-19. Enterprise lost no profits, plenty and evertone was renting their vehicles. I won't be a customer any longer
Great customer service at their South Boston location. Car was ready when I arrived, transaction smooth and I had no issues at all. Would recommend highly.
Service as well as the car were totally fine. The addition South Station though is missleading because you would assume that the location is nearby the train station but it takes you about 20+ minutes to ge there that's not that much fun when, you have luggage. The prices are a bad,joke, you get tricked into buying the car for two days because it says 35$ a day. Making it 95ish dollars because of the younger 25 years fee. When I showed up to pick up my car I was told that the 95$ dollars were not for 2 days but PER DAY!? How can that happen? Still I had no chance and took the car but that has been the first and last time for me using Enterprise.

Could not speak more highly of this location. Branch Manager Langa was extremely helpful working through a mistake I made on my booking and allowed me to travel with ease. He was super understanding, very hospitable and accommodating. Will definitely go back - thanks Langa and team!
We had all the usual and unusual tourist problems starting with non-working credit cards. Maicol at the office did more than required to help us out and had us on the road before we knew it. My best rental experience ever thanks to him!

I was picked up as promised at the train station. The process of taking the car was speedy and painless and the time needed to return it was even quicker.
Fantastic enterprise location. The staff were very friendly and quickly checked me in after returning the car. Also brought me to my next location. Would definitely book from this location.
There was a little confusion with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location we were to pick up our vehicle at. I did not have a hard copy of my reservation and it was not showing up in my phone mail in-box. I called Enterprise toll free number and was told to go to Logan Airport to pick up our car. We paid a taxi $25.00 to drive us from the cruise line to Logan Airport. After going to the counter, we were advised we were at the incorrect location and had to pay another $25.00 to take a taxi back to the Seaport District location. Being a Friday, Logan Airport did not have any extra cars available. Staff did give us a business card and wrote on the back that the taxi cab fee should be reimbursed to us due to the toll free rep telling us to go to the incorrect location. When we got to the Seaport District location, they did not have a Ford Fusion available which we had requested, or that level, so we were upgraded to a Chevy Camaro at no extra charge, but unfortunately our luggage would not fit. Enterprise rep then upgraded us to a Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab 4 wheel drive. We were advised that Enterprise would pay the first tank of gas and we did not need to fill up when we turned it in at the Richmond, VA airport. Although we would have preferred the Ford Fusion, the Dodge Ram 1500 was a very comfortable vehicle and got 23 mpg so we could not complaint. After we returned home, I checked our credit card and they did reimburse us for that taxi cab ride. So although it took at least an extra hour to get our vehicle and be on our way, the reps at the Seaport District location treated us very well. We have always used Enterprise and will continue to do so.
