I've had two experiences with this branch and they have both been top notch. Great customer service, expectations were exceeded and prices were good. Joslyn is incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
I pre ordered a mustang a month ago when I Show up they said it was overbooked.... Don't know how that happens, and then they try to get me to a more exspenaive car saying it was all they had. After this they finally offer up a very rough,very dirty, very dirty, smelly and sticky dodge dart. May I also mention that this was after they had all of my credit card information and had all Ready charged me for it.
Love this location, small but friendly staff. I will come here to rent a car, even though it's way out of my way, because of the friendliness of the manager and the great customer experience. Highly recommend.
Reserved a Nissan, call two minutes before arrival to make sure it was there, told yes, get there she says no vehicles as I’m looking at a lot full of cars including the one I reserved.. so I say there is a Chevy right there, the lady tells me no that’s a luxury car😆😆 u kidding me right, i do appreciate the help from the woman when I returned vehicle I picked up from airport, very helpful. I don’t want to make assumptions about this situation but what else am I suppose to think when I see a lot full of cars, & lady is saying there is no vehicle while I’m looking cars…. 😒 I’ll stay at Freeport location from now on.
I wish there were more starts to give here. Me and my wife flew into Boston and got a rental car to drive up to Maine for a few days to visit family. Tom McCabe was running the entire show that day and I cant say enough about the way he handled the office and the amazing customer service he gave me and my family. He noticed we had our small child with us and offered us an upgrade at no additional cost which was HUGE for me. He not only went above and beyond but his stellar attention to detail blew me away. We will def be using this location for all rental car needs when coming back to Boston. Thanks again Tom and great job.
This Enterprise location frustrated me due to the lack of ownership and responsibility. Having rented a car in Dorchester, they told me that I could return after hours in South Boston. Because of a snow storm (Feb/Mar time frame), I did return to S Boston. I called both locations to confirm the return. This location lost track of the car and ultimately charged me for a full week instead of three days. After months of back and forth with the branch, the regional group, and Twitter support, I was unable to get the refund I was promised. Will not rent from an Enterprise franchise again due to the lack of service and ownership of the problem.
Great Customer Service department, Fair rates, (look for promo codes) nice cars but mostly low option model, 4 cylinder cars. The Logan Airport location offers the most cars to choose from than any known suburb location. Enterprise is like the Candlewood Suites or Marriott Hotels of the rental car world. Mid-Class, decent, not awesome.
Always had a good time experience with Enterprise. They do charge a refundable deposit so beware of that.
Recently had to get a loaner car due to a crash. I dealt with Kurt Boiselle who was professional and courteous. Upgraded me to a BMW Convertible and arranged an extended rental at no extra cost. I have recommended this branch and Kurt to many people since. I will be using this branch and Enterprise whenever I need a rental from now on.
