Outstanding experience--staff was on time, very helpful and informative, and completed the work with extraordinary focus and care. Pricing was reasonable, and I was offered multiple options for how to proceed, with full explanations and price comparisons. While onsite, Staff (Sam H.) also called out several potential plumbing issues that were not part of the original service request, and was able to explain then and what could be done; likewise for a potential electrical problem, which Eco can also handle Finally, Sam was completely comfortable with my curious White German Shepherd Dog and was unphased by her insistence on watching him work. Will hire again.
I called to have my sewer pump inspected but the plumber didn’t know about these systems and had an electrician come out the next day. The plumber said I needed 2 water heaters and softener. I told him my sewer pump was the issue. Sam was great but didn’t know about these systems pump system. Jace came next day and placed a new electrical circuit which was great but did not solve the sewer pump issue. He also said I needed new fuses, retiring of my electrical connections and did a great job. I spent over $15K but still did not fix my sewer pump. The 5 stars are for the Sam and Vince. I give 1 star for Eco Svcs for not disclosing they do not have expertise on what I asked them to fix. I did find Drain Beast and they are fixing my sewer pump and they are truly 5 Stars
Sam and Eco did a great job fixing a tub drain! Sam was thorough - checked out a lot of things. Practical in that he did not push on things I was not ready to spend money on. He was quick! Very easy to work with! Highly recommend.
Zack from eco electric was wonderful to work with! He started off with a home assessment, then presented me with different options for how to proceed. All of the options had prices listed so I was able to make an informed decision that was within my budget. I ended up redoing all of the outlets and switches in my condo. Eco also offers payment plans, which is ideal when you have an unplanned home issue! Fantastic communication, quality work, I am planning to continue to use them as I upgrade my electrical panel. I had confidence in everything he was doing, even though repairs were complicated and involved correcting earlier mistakes from previous jobs throughout the house. Will and Kalvin arrived on time this morning and were ready to get to work immediately. I had an issue at my home in Marysville. The issue? A leaking toilet water supply line on the main floor. They diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Their call-out fee was very reasonable, I expected to pay significantly more. The guys were honest, transparent, and professional. I even liked their uniforms! They explained everything during the repair and they even provided helpful tips on how to handle the issue if it ever happens again. I honestly just want to recommend this company for their excellent service, fair pricing, and the open communication. I also learned they provide electrical services, which is great to know for future needs. Oh and they did not try to upsell me!!!
Eco Electric delivered excellent service from start to finish. I hired them for a fairly large job: installing three exterior outlets, a 50A backup generator outlet, and replacing four bathroom fans. Everything was completed on time and with great attention to detail. Their quote was at least 10% lower than As You Wish Electric, a company I’ve used before - so I gave Eco Electric a shot and I’m glad I did. Special kudos to Ed for giving a fair price estimate and going over the work items in details. Great thanks to awesome electricians Elijah and Dylan for doing the actual work. Good customer service, fair pricing, and very solid craftsmanship. Highly recommended.
Excellent service from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before beginning the work. My AC is running much better now, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the honesty, attention to detail, and respect for my home. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing HVAC or AC service!
