Vince was great. Professional. Very knowledgeable. Thorough. He explained the situation with my heat pump very well. Good guy. Not real thrilled with $ he quoted me (almost twice as much as other HVAC companies quoted) - but Vince was great right up to that point.

We originally called them out to repair a sink leak, and while they were here they also diagnosed our broken garbage disposal. Instead of just rushing through the job, they took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what our options were, so there were never any surprises. What really sets Eco apart is their communication. They kept us informed every step of the way, and they even send a picture of the technician coming to your house ahead of time. Such a thoughtful touch that made us feel completely comfortable letting them in. It's clear this company cares about the customer experience from the first phone call to the finished job. On top of all that, their whole team is super friendly and professional. Kalvin, Brian, Cory & Christine were all fantastic to work with. I had a great Experience working with Eco and would highly recommend them. Dylan, Michael, and Guillermo were all very friendly, considerate, and respectful of my home. I had my baby home with me while they were making repairs and they were kind enough to work on the repairs in my home around my baby’s nap schedule and ensured there was power in her room whenever she napped so she could have her baby monitor and sound machine running while they made repairs. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job.

Guillermo Gomez did a fantastic job. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got everything working again. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommended!

We had a burst pipe. Replaced our water heater as well. On call services were quick to update and contact me. Michelle helped check and confirm we needed the plumbing. And walk me through my water shut off. Dispatch got a plumber to come out asap. Sam was the plumber sent to do the work. He kept in contact. Was friendly, helpful, punctual and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with him working on my repairs. Lifesaver ! Came and saw was was needed and got my estimate then we started work right then. He made all Repairs in his quoted time. I know plumbing issues can be stressful. But working with Sam, Michelle and Eco staff honestly made it much better. Sam even contacted the additional services we needed for water damage. It honestly helped so much ! I highly recommend this company.

Zachary Person installed a new exhaust fan in my bathroom, alone with 2 switches. He also inspected my attic to make sure there was no condensation. Afterward, he taught me how to use my new system and thoroughly explained every aspect of its functioning. I appreciate his hard work, professionalism, and integrity. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of HVAC & Electrical work done on their property. Superb 5 Star service.

Ryan came out to help replace my aging smoke detectors. Not only did he do a great job, but he was also lovely to interact with, very knowledgeable and also gave me some helpful tips. He also stayed a little late to make sure my finicky smoke detector was not chirping. Would highly recommend this company and Ryan!

ECO Plumbing was absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism and overall execution were truly top tier. Elizabeth H. worked with us to find a convenient time for the water shut off install. Her communication was exceptional. ECO confirmed their arrival time via both text and phone and followed up again within 10 minutes of arriving at our home, which was greatly appreciated. Matt B, was excellent—knowledgeable, thoughtful, and a strong communicator. He tested our water pressure and initially recommended installing a new valve, which we agreed to. However, he also advised that we confirm the incoming water pressure first. After I connected with the water control department and relayed the information back, Matt was quick to reassess and let us know that the valve would not improve our situation and was no longer necessary. That level of integrity and client-first thinking really stood out. They arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. and worked continuously until 2:40 p.m., only pausing briefly for a hardware store run. It was a long day, and their work ethic did not go unnoticed. They also took the time to help us set up the app and clearly explained what to expect over the next couple of weeks as the Flo by Moen system learns our home. I would highly recommend ECO Plumbing

The service was great. I had Ryan come out and do an estimate. He was really kind he went above and beyond. We decided to go with another company because their estimate was substantially cheaper. However, we are planning to do mini splits in the future and I believe we plan on going through with that through Eco and hopefully Ryan will be able to be the one to do that work. I can’t say enough good about Ryan I’m even leaving a review even when I’m deciding to not use the company because Ryan did that good of a job

Jordan came out to evaluate my home for an EV outlet install. He identified several deficiencies, some of which were even critical to my home's safety, even without an install. He happened to have an opening the very next day, so he performed a panel swap and an EV outlet install. He was knowledgeable, thorough, explained everything in precise detail, and even gave me some helpful pointers to help keep my home safe.
