The schedulers have some accountability issues to work through but otherwise I loved Eric and will be working with eco in the future. They are on the higher end of the bids I've had but costs are rising too. Eric is amazing. Can't say that enough.
They came out, gave me an estimate and it tracked with what I expected. Job was done professionally and quick enough. Cleanup was done prior to inspection. I have no complaints.
Contacted ECO after searching on line for ‘furnace repair near me’ and finding a ‘Service Special’ promotion on their home page. Our 10-year old gas furnace was blowing cold air- something that has happened before; we figured it was either the temp/flame sensor or blocked burners. Cory- a very personable technician- arrived as scheduled, provided a tune up and inspection, and had us up and running in less than an hour- AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE!! As the furnace is 10 yrs old, our conversation naturally evolved into a discussion of equipment life cycle, replacement, and current options. Cory is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in that regard, providing essential info after inspecting our HVAC setup (A/C, air movement capabilities, electrical considerations, etc). He then provided an estimate “for when you are ready”- understanding we were not yet in the market for new equipment; no pressure, just good info that we needed in order to make an informed decision. All-in-all a great experience; Thanks Cory and staff!
Sam and William did some great work installing the new tankless water heater. They worked efficiently and installed in just a few hours. Nice to have hot water again.
Needed an exhaust vent and fan replaced in the bathroom and Zach and Jace were very professional and straightforward with everything. Clean and tidy as well. Would recommend!

He was extremely kind, friendly, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions with care and honesty. His professionalism made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the inspection. I really appreciate his excellent service.
Vince C, Gabor J, and Erika M were exceptional technicians. They were very polite, professional and friendly. They were very thorough, carrying out a tuning and service of my Furnace. Without getting into details, it turns out that due to the age of my furnace and other circumstances a NEW furnace was the correct path to take. The reason i only gave 4 stars was that we were very close to moving forward with a new install except for the fact of a minor (in my opinion) ask that The Manager of the company could not meet. I want to stress that the Technicians earned a FIVE star rating ALONE.
Very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and this employee. I did not receive a hard sale talk, I recieved a detailed explanation of what was needed and given options. So glad I chose this great company!
Ryan Cunningham, Dylan Tardiff, and Vincent Viggiano from Eco were very professional. Didn’t mind me asking questions and coordinated with PSE and inspection so work could be done in one day. Price was on the high end; but quality of service, speedy service and knowledgeable staff makes Eco a good choice.
