Eco Electric responded quickly and personally (without AI phone assistants). Our AC unit went out and Vince came the next day for a full consultation. He took a lot of photos, showed us where the suspected problems were, and took his time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all questions. He put together a few options and gave us a great deal. I would gladly recommend them for HVAC services

Jordan was absolutely amazing. Explained everything perfectly and easy to understand. He repaired two EV outlet for me on the day of inspection. You can tell he truly loves his job and that is the type of people I’d trust when it comes to important electrical things. I’d recommend him to anyone 11/10 times

I cannot say enough great things about the service provided. Salesi was professional, personable and very kind. He not only provided amazing service but also took the time to show my young son the steps he was taking and answer any questions he had. At the end of the service, Salesi even gift my son his first tool and he still holds it tight. Salesi’s patience and dedication to quality work is very much appreciated.

(Review has been edited after completion of work) Eco Electric and Plumbing was awesome from start to finish! Nate came out first to figure out why part of our house lost power. He was a great guy to work with and helped us pick the best solution whilst keeping our budget in mind. Ryan did a walk-through before the repairs to finalize everything. I really liked that step – it helped avoid any surprises on repair day! Ultimately, Eco installed a new panel with updated bonding and grounding. They also put in a generator inlet and interlock kit, plus a circuit for our garage door opener. Ryan, Vince, and Dylan were amazing! We're super happy with how everything turned out, and they were a blast to work with! Your crew was so thoughtful about our house (and our two little dogs) and made sure to keep me in the loop all day. Bravo, Team Eco! We've already told our family about you, and we'll totally use you again for anything we need!

Of all the possible vendors, we are so grateful we chose ECO Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air to make extensive updates in our 25 year old townhouse. They installed 50+ new GFCI outlets, breaker box, new dimmable overhead lights in living room, replaced bathroom vanity lights, installed new split system HVAC, new hot water tank, new safety shut off valves and 3 taller toilets. ECO provided thorough inspections to determine which updates were most needed to bring the home to code, then offered two detailed options at different price points. Their pricing was up front from the get-go. They were more expensive than other vendors, but well worth it in the quality of their work, price transparency, excellent communication and follow through. Their attention to details such as permits, HOA approval and inspections also brought peace of mind. All ECO technicians were experienced, skilled and WA state certified. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and provided daily recaps. Each encounter with ECO employees from the office managers, to plumbers, electricians and HVAC specialists was a pleasant experience. Their employees spoke highly of the business and owner, most having worked at ECO for many years. I went to their office and met them. Terrific folks and business. Personable, kind and trustworthy sums it up. A friend we referred was equally impressed with ECO from start to finish, as were others who’ve seen their results of their work. We will gladly hire ECO again and certainly recommend them.

We got an estimate same day and the cost was reasonable. Bogie and Chris were able to install the new water heater right away. They were both very professional and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Eco for future work.

From the first phone call requesting a plumber till casear walked out the door with a completed job this was a first class experience. Others I called couldn't come out for 3 days. Initial Eco made the appointment for the following day then shortly after we hung up i got a call that they could have someone out the same day. Cesar let me know his progress getting to me and arrived very punctually. He was thorough, polite, courteous and I truly felt like he cared about my home. He was very professional and i will use Eco and Cesar for any future plumbing issues as will my neighbors.

They charged $300 just to come on site and assess that we need a rebuild kit for the toilet. If we opted to use their service, the $300 will get applied towards that service. In what world do rebuilds cost $800 apiece? That is insane. Utterly insane. I don’t care if this is a commercial service that is a rip off. Especially when a brand new toilet is half the price. At the end of the day, this was a commercial service for the place that I work at so I really didn’t have the time or energy to call around. If I had the energy, I definitely would’ve done a Reddit search and not trusted the fake Google reviews. But let me tell you I am also a homeowner and I will remember, nor will I recommend Eco to anyone. My review has nothing to do with the technician. He just works for your company. He was fine. The company itself, yuck. 🤢

Fast and courteous service, very professional and thorough, whenever I have had a Plumbing problem all I have to do is call Full Speed Plumbing and my problem is taking care of and I love the senior citizens discount and they also have a military discount, great company
