Love the styles, colors and very friendly staff. You can definitely find something nice to wear for everyday , work and something special. Nice fabrics and sweaters! Mohair is creeping back . !!!
I love this brand as was so pleased to see 5 floors of Cos. I wanted to try on so many things, but the attendants were very strict about the dressing room limit and we're not helpful with finding sizes or swapping out items. I would have stayed longer and bought another few pieces of they were a little more attentive.
My least favorite location in NYC. Unfortunately, this is the only location that can process returns for online purchases. Neglecting the store associates' attitudes, the drop in stars is mostly to CAUTION people to check their receipts for online returns. I realized that they refund the exact price of the item but repeatedly neglect to factor in sales tax. This is a massive oversight, you'll have to point this out to them. And somehow they'll act like it's a major inconvenience to them...
Love what I bought, however... How am I going to spend $200 and not be allowed to use the bathroom? Where do the employees go? On the floor? NYC has a massive problem, not luxury, feels like a Zara for the bathroom reason alone.
Clothing store who have a beautiful materials, construction of the peace’s, and most importantly you can easily make your every day look into evening wear. I really love owning this brand clothes! Certainly recommend ☺️
Hello! Manager Milly from this location, helped me resolve the issue with the return and found the required size. He is very polite and does his job amazing! I wish there was such wonderful customer service everywhere
Basically an expensive minimalist store, but with a bad layout. Four floors yet they're tiny and cramped compared to the main floor. Too much walking up and down. Don't put benches right in front of the fitting rooms when it's already this narrow.
Wanted to try some clothes on. Asked to do so kindly. The lady coordinating the fitness rooms was incredibly rude. Simply said a condescending “no” without further explanation and walked away. I’ve never been treated so badly at a store.
If I could title my review, it would be "Throw the whole store away" I walked into the Spring St. Soho location on Dec. 11, 2023 to browse, because I really love the brand. I was dumbfounded by the lack of customer service. Literally, the associate that was right by door, as soon as you walk into the store on the 1st floor with shoulder length blonde hair, looked right at me when I walked in the door, but refused to say hello or even acknowledge my presence. However, I observed him greeting and saying bye to other groups of people that look like him. Racist maybe? This behavior was echoed throughout each area and floor for women's clothing. I asked one associate, if there was more women's selections upstairs and he looked like he barely wanted to answer. It was forced and uncomfortable. Then, as I was heading up the stairs, another female associate was about to head down, but when she saw me in mid-stride, turned around abruptly and avoided eye contact as I was walking in her direction smiling. At least she mumbled under her breath if I was finding everything ok, but it felt like she was in pain. My conclusion from that interaction was that she was at least recognizing me as a "sister", because she also appeared to be the only "sister" working that day from what I could see. After that, I asked an Asian associate if she could confirm the price of a pair of boots for me, to which she replied "yeah" when I requested help, but when I found the price, she just turned away. Everything from the racist AND rude dude at the very front entrance (with shoulder length blonde hair - check the employee schedule for Dec. 11, 2023), to the penthouse of this place was a nightmare. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in, due to the lack of professionalism, never receiving a proper greeting, being made to feel like I was an inconvenience and the list goes on and on. It's a shame that in 2023, people of color and people in general have to deal with this ignorance and foolishness. Like, aren't you tired of holding on to this unfounded, unjustified, imaginary hate that has been grandfathered down for centuries? You as the oppressor are the benefactor of the royalties that you never worked for or earned, yet you are racist against the oppressed. Please make that make sense! It's a NO for me AND please throw the whole store away.
Gui and his associate were such a big help, great customer service! Thank you!
