3 floors but each floor is small and rather cramped. Limited selection. Cash wrap is deep in the back of the 1st floor. Recommend 5th Avenue store in midtown for much larger selection and better shopping experience.

Understated clothing, clean lines, simple shapes. They use the softest cotton for clothes. The Soho store is larger than the one on 42nd, but both are good.
A good store for men's wear. A better store for women's wear. All the garments have cool European styling at a reasonable price. COS is part of the H&M family of brands.
COS IS GREAT DO NOT GET ME WRONG.... but if I’m coming into the store to spend money, and I will obviously need help, there is no need for the staff to be so rude. I’ve been here 4 time within 2 years, TERRIBLE service. I refuse to buy anything in a store where the staff is unprofessional and act like they don’t give a damn about me being a consumer there! Go to the COS in Westfield or just shop online, no need to get stressed!
Store is really hot cause they have no AC and they have there fire alarms going off in the store and no one is doing nothing about it like if it’s fine and ok and there ceiling’s in the store are falling apart and there Elevators don’t work and there no lights in there stair case and the manager in the store has a attitude and all the workers there are sweating like crazy and look upset can tell they don’t wanna be there good way to run a store in soho 👍

While this location doesn’t have as much selection as their other units, H&M’s upscale brand COS consistently delivers good quality business causal or trendy oversized wear at a high yet attainable price point. Their dress wear is almost better than their causal pieces, and their mens selection consistently lacks diversity and often just becomes greens and blacks season after season. Really wish the 2nd floor was men/women so that you don’t immediately have to go into a floor without windows to shop. Overall decent store but the WTC location is much larger and a better experience.
