I had an unpleasant shopping experience on June 13th around 7pm at this store. While trying on clothes in the fitting room on the second floor, I encountered a situation where I felt discriminated against. After trying on the clothes, I neatly organized them and handed them to the staff member in the fitting room, thanking her for her assistance. However, she completely ignored me and did not respond at all. Meanwhile, I observed her warmly greeting other customers and wishing them a pleasant day. I cannot be certain if her behavior was influenced by my Asian ethnicity, but regardless of the reason, her actions were unprofessional and disrespectful. In hindsight, I regret not addressing the issue on the spot, but I now realize that speaking up is the only way to bring about improvement.
Really bad service and unprofessional staff. First in the fitting room, when asked to bring me as size I was told that it is not available, then I went to the first floor and there was a line of items in my size. Then, After telling me to charge my apple card three times, they told me that they need to void three payments and asked for a physical card. So unprofessional. They did not even say sorry, I left the store without making the purchase. The stuff who offered me such experience was a bearded person, blond person in glasses with red French nails and a person with long back hair.

I often wouldn't waste my time writing a negative review but there’s a first time for everything. I went in this evening to exchange a belt for another size. Customer service here is horrible. The gentleman helping was so disconnected and came off as condescending. For this to be such a prestigious store, and in the location it’s in, on top of the money being spent, you would think you’d get proper treatment - unfortunately this wasn’t the case. A word of advice to the staff here; if you don’t have the patience or common decency to treat a customer nicely, you’re in the wrong line of business. You need to do better! Very disappointed.
I am a frequent customer at Cos in SoHo. The store is beautiful, well organized and has all the current merchandise. Staff is great especially Alexis! She helped me over the years with shopping and figuring out what styles I’m looking for and what suits me. She keeps track of everything they have in the store and clothes from past seasons. And she is extremely friendly and quick and efficient.
A nice everyday wear for men and women. It has a good variety of fashion forward selection of clothes. It offers good color palate and design alternatives.
They were extremely helpful! I was trying to find a few items that were not in other locations and Lexi helped me immediately. Love the vibe, the quality of the clothes, and the customer service here
They updated the boxy tee length so it’s a bit cropped now. Leaving a review only because the employee (Gio) in the men’s department was super helpful and friendly! Left with a good impression and experience even without a purchase.
I purchased a knitted sweater in January from this store. As I was leaving the store, the security alarm sounded. A staff member told me that everything was fine and allowed me to leave without checking the item or the receipt. After returning home to Europe, I noticed that the security alarm was still attached to the sweater. Now I have to find a local COS store and ask them to remove the tag. All because the staff in this store were careless and ignorant.
Lexi and Shanise are the best!!! They helped me pick out some items that made me slay during my first time in the city! They knew every trend, and helped me style outfits that look good on me, not just a model! Will definitely be back.
