Best quality and style…bring back the Houston store!
Cos has never fit me very well and other than a few tee’s I haven’t found anything that works on me. I went in to look at a bag I had seen online and decided to try on a dress and sweater that were right up my alley. They were perfect! Have my eye on a few more pieces! New design team??
Seriously the best in-store customer service! I left a return to the very last minute which created a hiccup in the process but Marvin took care of it quickly and so conveniently.
Simply the best service in SoHo. Appreciate you all. Many of stores were squeezed in as I came down from Upstate NY for a little Christmas Shopping for myself. From Management to sales staff, all carried spirit of excellence. I'll be back!

The SoHo brick and mortar never disappoints. The interior boasts a haunted, old well in the men’s basement and the customer service is great. I had a couple issues w my last purchase and the associate Lexie was more than helpful to fix it!
Horrible quality clothes and horrible customer service that refuses to take accountability. If I am paying the COS price I expect higher quality clothing. Jacket is SHEIN walmart quality and I regret purchasing. Will never shop here ever again and make sure my family and friends don’t support this brand. So disrespectful and have been ignoring my emails for weeks even though the brand should take responsibility for their own defective seams and poorly produced products. They think giving me a tiny discount code can resolve them selling me a poorly sewed jacket that’s literally falling apart! How is that even common sense? Why would I possibly want to buy anything else from this brand for 10% off to a company that refuses to take accountability for defective products and has horrible customer service? This is one of my favorite clothing store since it opens first door here 2014. The style is timeless and the architecture cuts that shape your body in sculpture way. It’s subtle but sophisticated.
Cos clothes have been very disappointing. Pants that are overpriced and don’t fit well, cardigans that according to their care instructions were supposed to stay as new but the opposite happened. Will return the last item I purchased and that will be it.
There's a historical brick well where a famous homicide case happened. Alexander Hamilton was also involved in this case. Look it up!
