NEVER BEEN MORE IMPRESSED! Had a couple issues, very well handled from management to crew! Too all interested in going solar, If you choose Rising Sun you will be family. That's how I feel on my decision. Because I shopped and signed a contract with another business. Found fault in that company I lost my deposit! After that bad decision I continued my search and concluded with Rising Sun! With my system complete I'm glad that I changed too Rising Sun! Feel free to contact me! Astrawatt Solar did an amazing job installing my solar array, battery back-up, and SPAN panel. Their great professional crew was timely, explained everything to us, and did a great job cleaning up at the end. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Astrawatt Solar. The whole process was a breeze, and the team is both professional and friendly. They provide an honest and thorough recommendation for your system size. Communication and engineering / permitting updates leading up to installation were on point. The first-rate installation and follow-up were impressive, and I’m thrilled to be getting great production from the array.
Amanda, the customer service rep, called me brainless after I've been calling for two months, asking for a proper receipt to turn into my insurance. While the work was done well, she soured my opinion of the company as a whole with the unnecessary name-calling.
Astrawatt Round Rock has been instrumental at assisting us with getting our Tesla Power Wall 3. Ray Malkiewicz, our salesperson, was very helpful with and patience with getting us through the financial process, which went threw on the 2nd attempt. We have our walk through with Scott in the later part of October, which will get the whole process rolling. We could not be happier abd highly recommend Astrawatt for your Solar needs.
The folks at RisingSun have been very professional, attentive to detail, and responsive. I have received immediate response to questions and requests, even a year after installation/payment. We live in a smaller, more rural community where solar will probably be slow in coming, and yet RisingSun Solar has treated us like a multi-$M installation. Not sure you could get a better experience, a more professional installation, and be more satisfied anywhere else in KC. Also to note: we did not believe the panels would pay for themselves - we were doing this in an effort to live more gently on the planet - but it looks like they will, and if we trim some trees it will be close to the time-frame estimated.
Astrawatt installed a home energy backup battery for me today. They were on time , professional, courteous, and completed the job within the timeframe specified. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Great service and great communication through the whole process. From the initial assessment to the final installation everyone on their Team was excellent. They kept us informed and worked with us through the whole process, even to the point of adjusting to a last minute schedule change that we had. We highly recommend them and when we install the battery for our system we will be going to them again.

Great communication; from the quoting stage to install someone was easily accessible and quickly answered any questions I had. The installers were super tidy, they didn't leave behind messes like other contractors have in the past. Excited for my power company to install the net meter so I can flip the switch to go solar!
