Our son had extensive sinus surgery, and everyone was fantastic from front desk receptionist, anesthesia team, nurses and surgeon. They took phenomenal care of him. I cannot think of anything they could have done better. Would give 10 stars if able.
DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY PERFORM ANY SERVICES ON YOU! Their anesthesiologist gave my epidural when I gave birth to my baby, it didn't work I felt EVERY BIT of delivery, and I still have to pay the money hungry douches $2000 for nothing. Please avoid like the black Plague of your smart
Something BAD WRONG here. I paid my bill in full and they cashed the check just fine but still demanding payment. Over it!!! Will not use them again with any surgery
Had surgery on 01/06/2022 docs were great, billing department is HORRIBLE!!! Have been fighting with them for months. Told a manager would be calling me back never hear a word.
This place deserves a negative zero rating!!!!! I had a lymph node removed under my arm, I was strapped down to a table, couldn't move anything but my feet & head, was told I'd be asleep during surgery!!! I was WIDE AWAKE THE WHOLE TIME I WAS CUT OPEN, LYMPH NODE REMOVED & STITCHES PUT IN!!! they are trying to make me pay them $654.12 on top of what my insurance already paid them!!! Paying for human torture!!! It is INHUMANE for a person to be put through that!!! I had the surgery on February 6,2017 it is now April 24 & it's still swollen & very painful!!! So far the lady that contacted me read off the medicine I was given, I said so it doesn't matter that I was WIDE AWAKE during all this!!! Because "medicine was provided" they should not be allowed to touch anyone!!! No one should have to endure the way I was treated that day!! Oh they covered my head with a blanket the whole time too except when the anesthesiologist lifted it to see my crying in pain asking for help!!! Do not ever let this place touch you!! I've had 8 surgeries in my life this is the only one I've ever been awake why they cut me open!!!!! INHUMANE!!!!!!
If I could give AMG a -10 star rating I would. These cold-hearted, goons provide patients with no reassurance or humanity while performing their jobs. The way they treated me during and after my emergency c-section was appalling. I would rather get cut open fully awake than know a cent of my money was going to them.
Horrible group and scammers. I paid in full months ago and I kept getting bills, called them and they stated that I owe no balance it was a mistake and even received overpayment check for refund and I started receiving more bills and now sent to collections. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
I have very good opinion of this group during my surgical experience... All were professionals and were very kind and concerned about me. Answering any questions I had. Kristen was especially nice and kind. All that were in pre op holding area was very good... God bless them all and thank them from myself and wife
*save your proof of payments*** This billing department is absolutely horrible. They will send you to collections for bills that you already paid. You will be given a confirmation number after you pay, but they cannot look up that confirmation number. The only evidence that you paid is a print out receipt. Make sure you save this so that you can prove that you paid.
FIRST.. the main phone number doesn't work. Then...I finally got billing and they were very rude when I asked about prepaying a procedure. Said they can't do that, but I have their paperwork that says if you don't pay in advance there is a 30% up charge.
