***Read if doing a payment plan. Make sure to call after your last payment and advise them to cancel the payment plan or they will keep charging you every month*** I delivered my baby in January at Williamson Medical Center and I guess this company was the one who performed my epidural. I received my bill in and there was no issues with them billing my insurance. I set up a payment plan for the remaining balance. There was no issues in taking my payments. I received an email stating that my payment plan would be processing soon for this month (September)...I knew I should have been done paying by now. I logged in and not only were they going to charge me for September, but I was charged a payment in August when I should not have been. Also worth mentioning that I have received 2 notices that I had a balance and would be sent to collections the past 2 months which I ignored since I was in a payment plan. I called and spoke to someone who was nice enough. She said that I had to call in when my payment plan was done or they would keep charging me (never ever heard of this with any other company). I was also told I was issued a refund for my August payment 5 business days ago ( I will wait to see if it actually processes). She did cancel my payment plan, but when I log into the portal I show a balance due. I deleted my card and hoping I won't be sent to collections.
