Very happy with quickness of delivery but it would be nice if it came to the front door. They consistently deliver to the downstairs door even though there is a sign directing them upstairs.
I’ve alway been happy with this company in the past. This time however the driver did not follow the directions on where to leave my item. He/she just dropped it on the front door mat. Other than that I have been very happy.
First time using Amar and customer service was great and very responsive via their contact page. Once they got my prescription from the Dr. it was delivered next day perfectly.
We would really appreciate if the driver ring the doorbell or knock on the door when the medicine is delivered. Porch pirates could snatch unattended packages or the medicine would stay in the sun which is not good. Please make sure this is followed next time.

They delivered when they indicated they would. The only downside was that the delivery person just dropped off the package at my front door without knocking the door or ringing the doorbell to let me know the package has arrived. Instead they left it in the floor for who know how long. I love in an apartment complex so this could easily pose a problem. Doesn't take much work or energy to knock someone's door or ring their door bell to ensure the patient is aware their medication has arrived.
I ordered my product one day and it was delay the next morning. Excellent folks to work with! Well done!
