Your courier did not follow delivery instructions. The package was pl;aced on the ground where, if it had been dark we would have run over the package. The package should have been placed in our locked mailbox as always. The instructions were on the shipping receipt. I also do not understand why the prescription was not in a cool pack. The temperature was in the 80° I have used your service for 23+ months, disappointed with this shipment!

My delivery was received a day later. It was scheduled for May 5th and I got it May 6th at 10:20a.m.. it would’ve been nice to give notice that there would be a delay.

I was here all day and the delivery person didn't have me sign for delivery. But left the package by the front gate. I was supposed to sign it but didn't. It could have been stolen.. When you said,someone needs to sign for it. No one did. Delivery guy was awesome. Respected property. Didn't throw package. Skippity Jumpy over the chain gate in the front. If only all deliveries could be so wholesome.
