My delivery dates always change when I order from Footlocker and they use this company. This delivery company also has no way of getting in communities with gates. I do not have this issue with Fedex, USPS, UPS, or Amazon. Because I work somewhere that does not allow me to have my phone in the building, I had an issue with receiving one of my deliveries. I’m not sure if it’s new, but hopefully it will get better.
Was told it came sat never got it or a text saying it was delivered was supposed to come another day didn't come finally it came I was in so much pain
