I was shocked to have my meds delivered so fast. I paid for them yesterday and the estimated delivery said 5 days. This morning the package was on my front porch! Thank you!
First picture shows my delivery label which Cleary shows package was to be delivered next day and I should have received on March 20. Second photo shows the updated delivery status which I received my package on March 23 instead. Very poor customer. If a delivery company states next day delivery it should arrive the next day!
My very expensive medication was delivered to the wrong address. I would assume this this is the fault of Methodist Community Pharmacy—Dallas and not AmeriShip Parcel Delivery. When the Pharmacy called me to ask if I was ready for the next shipment, I specifically told the representative about my recent move to a new address. The only reason I gave a 2nd star in the rating is because a timely delivery notice allowed me to quickly pick up the package from my old address which is not yet occupied.
Terrible. Shipment was damaged. I called and sent pictures two weeks ago no response.
They delivered my meds to the wrong apartment, never recovered them. Luckily my insurance is going to replace them, hopefully, I get them this time. I have not only the picture the driver took which is the wrong apartment because my ring camera isn't in the picture and the apartment number isn't in the picture either, I have a ring camera, went back in the footage, nope the person never delivered to my apartment. After this, I will definitely transfer my prescription to a normal pharmacy
Better experience this time. Delivery was on time but again the package was barely on the front porch. Thankfully there was no sun on that day, but placing the package near the door would be so much more efficient.
Delivered my prescription medication to the wrong address. Ameriship effectively did nothing to resolve the incorrect delivery, although their support team is very responsive and understanding. Overall this was a big hassle for me and very frustrating

Time wise of delivery was ok… the delivery guy just threw my medication agains the door and left it right in the plain view and sun.. I just caught all the incident in my ri g camera.. very dissatisfied and disappointed.. just picking up a lot of prescriptions randomly.. poor quality of service..i believe Methodist needs to employed and invest in quality customer service even for delivery service… I don’t know how long this guy had my meds in the heat of his car… if he did not care about threw them at my porch and leaving them in the direct sun… I will not recommend this service for sure if Methodist don’t change.
