The package that was delivered was not placed in the cooler. It was left on top of the cooler. The cooler had a note on it as well? I went through the process of placing a cooler right outside my door as suggested, yet the delivery person didn't care.

How about placing the item safely on the bench on my porch instead of leaving it on the ground to be stepped on or tripped over. No reason to leave things on the cold icy ground!
