I ordered two bands, one for my son and one for me. I got exactly what I ordered, my son wanted the camo-pattern classic stainless steel classic band and got the tan green srainless steel classic band. Overall both bands are high quality, just wish they got the order right. We felt it wasn’t worth the time to return and he’s learning to like the substitute.

This is my second time ordering from them and I have never been let down either time. I like the bracelet because you can put as much information as you want to on it and they will give you a detailed summary when it is complete so you can't go wrong with completing your order. I also like how they do not take long to send you the merchandise and it will come in the mailbox. They also keep up with you via email so nothing should go wrong. The material is good quality and it doesn't rust. My first bracelet was ordered in 2019 and the only thing that has faded is the red painted outline over the emergency image. He has never come off and has never given me any problems and my skin is very sensitive. It doesn't irritate me or get caught on anything. Now for the children I advised to get the same type of material as adults because I did get him a bracelet that was rubber material and it popped twice. However they did understand and shipped me another one at no cost. Even after that they still were very polite. Now he has one with the metal stainless steel like minds and I have had no problems. We have many selections online as well. They also have many sizes and mine is a size 10 for the chain size. The one with the red still in the symbol is the new one I just got this year. As you can see they have made the chain thicker.

Cheaper prices and faster shipping than some other sites I've see. Cute designs that fit my looks, which I have a few fashions i sport. Going to need to get a couple more to go with a few more. The bracelet I ordered came in 4 days early, and that's with the free shipping the site offers with purchases. USPS was the carrier, you can sign up for email updates for how the shipping progress is going. I got the women's personalized medical ID bracelet with stainless steel bar adjustable rope chain in pink, it came with a free medical info card to keep in your wallet. Cost 22.95. It's cute and looks durable and came in fast so all in all I give a 5 stars.

I ordered something from American Medical ID on Feb 28 and by Mar 12 no package had arrived! The package was never found so I wrote a negative review out of frustration. The owner answered the review and a service person ordered a replacement. I appreciate the replacement bracelet, which came within a reasonable amount of time. The product was as I had ordered and the quality is good. Thank you to the owner for addressing my orginal problem. I usually do not like to write negative reviews and thus, I have edited my original review so that future customers know that the owner will address you concerns and will make things right in the end. If you are looking at buying an allergy bracelet, I recommend the stainless steel model, which will hold up well over time.

The quality of their products are great my husband has had his medical alert bracelet for a few years with no problems. I'm still waiting for mine to come. Ordering was simple and straightforward. Although their estimated shipping time with the cost of shipping is rather slow.

This is the second medical bracelet I have had the pleasure of ordering from American Medical ID. My medical situation changed and I had to get an updated bracelet to reflect my new conditions. My first order went through smoothly and the bracelet I received was of excellent quality for a fair price. It came through the mail quickly. The second bracelet I ordered, (I ordered the same one that I ordered the first time) I just got an email that it is being shipped. I didn't choose expedited shipping so I am very pleased with how quickly they are sending it out. I am also receiving a free gift with my order. I highly recommend American Medical ID!

We recently found out my daughter (three) was allergic to penicillin and of course were concerned. American Medical ID was a great solution and the customer service was beyond outstanding. We chose such a cute bracelet for her and it was shipped the same day. Can’t wait for it to get here and cannot say enough great things about the options for our daughter and the wonderful and personal customer service we received. Thank you!

I've had this bracelet less than a month. I purchased it with a sterling silver coating and the back with my medical info is now tarnished and the silver has worn off and scratched so you can't read it. This product is garbage and if I want to have it fixed I have to pay for shipping with insurance in order to have it fixed under the 2 year warranty. I do not recommend these bracelets. UPDATE 10/30/19. I received a response from American Medical and they asked me to choose another bracelet with the coating they use for sterling silver. I choose one I liked although I preferred the original one and I received it within a week. At no cost to me they also sent a return label for my tarnished bracelet.

I was so happy that my necklace was mailed yesterday (8/27), but quite surprised it isn't expected to be here until 9/10/19. That's two weeks even though it was sent 1st Class Mail. The necklace is perfect! I'm glad I ordered the 27" chain because I have trouble with my fingers sometimes and it's long enough to put on and take off over my head. Thank you!!!

We have ordered bracelets from American Medical ID for our son for 6 years now and love their options. He did have one break and they replaced it at no cost and rushed it. It had a month left on its warranty and he wore it everyday. We just changed from the silicon options to metal and are excited to see how it goes. Great customer service!
