They have a great selection for adults and children! I get so many compliments on my different style bracelets. They wouldn’t have even known they were medical bracelets if I hadn’t pointed it out to them! I highly recommend this company!

I bought a medical bracelet for riding Harleys. The 1st time I took a trip and put it on, it broke! I got the black stretch rubber one. As I put it on my wrist, the rubber popped in half and broke rendering it useless.Very poor quality. I had no form of ID protect on this trip as I planned on this being perfect . Luckily I didn't have any need to use it as I had a safe trip but this bracelet is horrible. Buy a different one that is strong and will hold up.

I can't begin to express how grateful I am to this company and its employees, especially Cynthia and Korinne. We recently learned that our son has a relatively severe allergy to cashews. Once he started kindergarten, his school nurse highly recommended that we get him a medical ID bracelet in case he comes into contact with cashews at school. However, we noticed pretty soon after he started wearing one that the engraving was becoming illegible, most likely due to a LOT of wear and tear on the playground. Cynthia TWICE went above and beyond, trying to find solutions to this problem, replacing and customizing the bracelets each time. It was so nice to speak with someone like her who understood the time-sensitive situation we were in and priority mailed us products she thought would work better for him. She even sent us a surprise bracelet that I think will be perfect, since the engraving is on the inside of the bracelet (playground proof)! My son LOVES it, and was especially excited about the dolphin band. (Read: If you are considering getting a bracelet for your toddler, small child, or if you are very active, I'd recommend getting engraving on the INSIDE of the bracelet.) I also spoke with Korinne, who spent a good deal of her morning listening to the issues we were having with the engraving. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of engraving and personally saw to it that the next bracelet we received would be able to keep up with my son's outdoor activities with a more durable engraving. I know that it's probably never pleasant as a customer service representative to pick up the phone and listen to a customer with product issues, but I never once (and I called a few times) felt that I was annoying or inconveniencing Cynthia or Korinne in any way. Instead, I felt like they truly cared about helping us protect our son and made every effort to find a product that would work for him, while being professional, empathetic, and efficient in the process. As a customer and as a parent, I am so grateful to find a product and a company that I can trust to protect my son. Huge thanks to Cynthia and Korrine!

I ordered a necklace with rhinestones around the border. The stones started to fall put within a week. I emailed and faxed the company with pictures and details, and nobody would get back to me. When I called, I was on hold, and just gave up after three weeks of trying to get a response. Ended up going to Jared Jewelers and got one that didn't fall apart and has customer service included.

This is my second purchase from American Medial ID and I couldn't be more thrilled with the quality and customer service. I had a question about fonts and what I wanted to engrave. My call was answered promptly, the customer service rep was kind and knowledgable about their products. I'm so happy with my bracelet (so pretty!) that I'm going to order one for my Mom (diabetic) and a dog tag for my dog..who is allergic to bees!

I have bought a bracelet for myself that was the odyssey design and love it. Now I purchased the necklace as well so I can switch them out for comfort and look. Your company is awesome as well as prices, promptness, discounts etc.. I am thankful you are here for people like myself.

Very satisfied with product and service. Both Anjelica E and Theresa were awesome with my order and questions. I have nine color silicon bands that I can match with eyeglasses and outfits daily. In Texas and appreciate local business. Tip for ordering, check your state regulations and make to order engraving in compliance, use customer service to order to ensure compliance. Customer Service got a ten from me.

It took longer than expected to receive the order, and the quality of the medical ID bracelet was very poor, especially in relation to the cost. The ID itself isn't engraved; it's "printed" which means it won't last. The font is EXTREMELY tiny, and the letters run together...nothing like the proof I received. Save your money and buy elsewhere. There are many other less expensive and better quality options.

I purchased the 14K GOLD MEDALLION RED CHARM NECKLACE. They do not share enough details about the jewelry online. I paid $343 for a piece of 14k gold less than a mm thick and two medical ID cards, of which I only received one. I think I can bend the medallion with my own hands. They don't offer this information up front, even if you call them. Nor can they tell you the size necklace it will fit. Fortunately it fit my 2mm thick chain. I will not be using this company again. The product simply feels cheap.

Just ordered a Beautiful new bracelet. I've ordered from this company in the past, years ago, so last ID bracelet lasted quite a few years . Great quality bracelet and look forward to recieving my new one. Thank You American Medical ID!
