Purchased a sterling silver medical ID. Within a few months it scratched so badly you could barely read it..the company since I had the warranty said they would replace it...I asked that the important information be placed on the inside rather that the out ..just I case the new one scratched... That apparently was impossible..... They did sent me another bracelet with larger letters but.... It was spelled wrong...... Again they apologized and agreed to replace it since it was their mistake. Needless I am still waiting....... In the mean time one of their sales reps suggested a stainless bracelet as it would. Not scratch as badly which I agreed to purchase.... And again I also purchased a warranty ...all well and good... Except..the bracelet turned colors (black) on my wrist and my wrist also turned black this was within a few days....apparently I have a stainless allergy, which I did not know...the company did accept a return since I had the warranty. But,,,,,,, I did NOT Get full refund!!!!!,
The ID bracelet is exactly as advertised. It is not the flimsy ones I have seen elsewhere. It is built out of strong material and well put together plus it looks very nice. It actually arrived much sooner than expected. Overall I am very pleased with the bracelet and the service.
My necklace arrived early and was exactly as described. My only complaint is that I wish they offered oxidation to the engraving so that it was darker. Other than that it's beautiful and I'm very happy with my purchase!
I was ordering my first Medical ID bracelet, and really wanted something taatwtas (if you're going to qearit 24/7 you don't want something that won't go with everything). I ended up picking the rose gold bracelet and I LOVE it. It isn't heavy, but it's extremely cute and comfortable. Would highly recommend, thank you for a quality product! (Not Sponsored).
I ordered the ID that fits my Fitbit watch band. It fits well and I like that there is no need for a separate bracelet. The Laser printing on the ID is so-so. The last two lines contain phone numbers and the print is difficult to see, it appears blurry, not very clear. Nice to have though!
Wow! Was promised Aug 16 delivery but got it today, Aug 9th ! This bracelet is better looking than seen on the website, also is sturdy but light feeling because of the construction. I LOVE IT. When you measure, do exactly what they tell you because it will fit perfectly and will stop right at the bottom of your thumb.
My bracelet is fine but the engraving is poor...very poor! It was not made deep enough into the metal and is almost gone...when I called Customer Service, they told me it was "my fault" for allowing the bracelet to rub the engraving off...DUH!! The engraving on the back side is fine; but anyone who finds me will need to know what is on the front side.
I received my black bracelet awhile back and it was way too big for me. When I called them they said that particular bracelet was not sized by them. So I paid extra at a jeweler to get it sized. Now for some reason, it keeps opening on me. Also the white lettering on the inside which is one of the most important features is barely visible. I will not not use American Medical again nor will I recommend it to my patients.
I purchased a gold medical bracelet four years ago and could not be more pleased with the quality. It has stood up to time and wear as I have not taken it off even in the shower. I am now getting ready to order the bracelet for a family member. Thank you American Medical for making such a great product.
Had a problem with my bracelet being to large after gaining weight. Called and expected to have to buy another. Instead, they shipped me a link and I went to a jeweler to have him add it to my bracelet. No charge from American Medical ID. They are great to deal with. Can't recommend them enough.
