I had a great experience with Dr. Daniels and her MA Destiny. Dr. Daniels was very attentive, caring, and explained everything clearly so I could understand. Destiny was also very sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. They both created a positive and professional environment, and I truly appreciate the care I received

I love THE ENTIRE STAFF! Everyone is very nice, efficient, timely, and above all affirming and respectful. Dr Kenyatta is so patient and sweet. Probably one of the best primary care practices I have been to in a very long time.

The service was great, the clinic was clean, the doctor was very nice and carefully hearing my health concerns. The only downside was the parking space. Needed to street parking.

I came in as a walk in and was seen very quickly. The receptionist, Ann ,and the women that drew my blood were very nice and kind. I enjoyed my first visit with the doctor and had an overall great experience. Definitely will be back!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism I experienced at AllCare on Memorial Drive. When I arrived, I checked in and was told to have a seat because someone would be with me shortly. I was also informed that while I waited, someone would collect my urine sample before I saw the provider. Instead, I was escorted to an exam room and left there for approximately 45 minutes to an hour without anyone checking on me. I eventually had to leave the room and search for a staff member because I genuinely thought I had been forgotten. A staff member told me someone would be with me soon, so I returned to the room and waited another 15 minutes. A male employee then entered and said, “I didn’t know you were in this room the whole time.” By that point, no one had collected a urine sample, taken my vital signs, or performed any testing despite me waiting for over an hour. They called and spoke with the clinic manager, who was not even on-site. Rather than addressing the situation or apologizing, I was told I could be seen virtually. After logging into the virtual appointment, I was then informed there would be another 30-minute wait. This is completely unacceptable for an urgent care facility, especially one that was nearly empty. Especially after telling them that I have an another appt at 12:30p. Throughout my visit, there was little to no communication. No one explained the delays, checked on my condition, or apologized for forgetting about me. What made matters even worse was seeing the same employee who claimed he “didn’t know” I was in the room sitting at the front desk on his phone completing an online class or training instead of ensuring patients were being cared for. When I requested a refund, I received no empathy or accountability from the clinic manager. She showed no concern for the poor patient experience or how her clinic is being operated. I spent nearly three hours at this facility without receiving medical care. This is one of the most unprofessional healthcare experiences I have ever had. I am requesting that someone from AllCare’s corporate leadership—not the clinic manager—contact me directly regarding this incident. Patients deserve timely care, clear communication, and staff who are focused on patient safety rather than personal activities. This experience was unacceptable, and I expect accountability for how I was treated. Update: Since my original review, I’ve now spoken with two different employees — Tiffany and Jessica (Head of Finance) — and gotten nowhere. Tiffany told me she’d call back by end of day with information on my refund receipt. She never did. Jessica then told me the transaction had been voided on their end and she couldn’t issue a refund, despite me holding a receipt showing a refund was processed. I have called both of them repeatedly since, and neither will answer or return a call. This isn’t a one-off service complaint anymore — it’s an unresolved billing issue involving money I’m owed, and two staff members are now avoiding my calls. I’m requesting that someone from AllCare’s corporate leadership contact me directly to resolve this. If I don’t hear back within the next few business days, I’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my card issuer’s dispute department, and will update this review accordingly.

Kenyatta Collins has provided the best medical care I have ever received. She consistently goes above and beyond, takes the time to listen, and always makes me feel heard and respected. After many frustrating healthcare experiences, finding a provider who is so compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to her patients has been life-changing. I am incredibly grateful for her care and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly cares.

I would like to leave positive feedback for Nya Burton, Nurse Practitioner at Allcare Medical Facility. Reviews on Zocdoc showed that she has a strong background in pediatric nursing within acute care, and that expertise truly shows in her thorough and professional approach. I initially chose to see her because she accepts Tricare, which made her in-network for a hospital I could use with my insurance. Shortly after, I saw her for a sick visit due to a persistent chest cold and constant cough. That visit eventually led to the discovery of another health concern, and Nya was instrumental in pointing me in the right direction every step of the way. She is very easy to speak with, listens carefully, and remains highly professional. In fact, I was so impressed with her care that I referred a friend. Thank you Nya for your guidance.
