Great service, lovely team, always working with your needs! I had to add these photos. I brought this dress in thinking there was no way this old stain was coming out but wanted to try and THEY GOT IT! Update - I forgot to talk about their amazing tailoring! I lost weight and had to get so many beautiful vintage pieces tailored and they handled each one with such love and care while also making sure I liked the fit. I am so grateful to have their amazing help. Check out one of my favorite pants fitting again!
Cannot recommend enough. Have had many different types of garments tailored and dry cleaned (suit, tuxedo, jeans, linen pants) all to perfection. The level of service is also unmatched - friendly, respectful, and HELPFUL. I recently had a pair of jeans hemmed, and I realized I wanted them tapered as well. I brought them in after the fact and not only did he not charge me for the additional work but it was delivered to my apartment the NEXT DAY. Thank you!
I cannot recommend Lumi and his cleaners enough! Lumi is so kind, helpful, and truly goes above and beyond. While other cleaners and tailors quoted me a 2–3 week turnaround for tailoring just one skirt, Lumi managed to dry clean a cardigan, shorten and tighten two pairs of pants, and tailor a skirt….all in just two days. Every single piece came back fitting and looking incredible! I first came here after my sister recommended Lumi to me, and I’m so glad I listened. From now on, I’ll literally wait until I fly into the city just to bring my clothes here rather than go anywhere else. The quality, speed, and care Lumi provides is unmatched.

Best place to get all your items tailored in NYC!! I’ve gotten dresses and jeans tailored in <24hrs and the quality is always amazing. I dropped off my things at 8am and received a text at 5pm that it was ready. Jeans are always original hemmed and amazing quality, same color stitching as if nothing happened. I’m extremely picky when it comes to tailoring my clothes, so you know it’s legit when I like a place. Lumi is always so kind and helpful! He takes great care of you. After trying 20+ tailors in the city, this has become my new place. I love this place so much I travel almost 1.5 hrs for this place! Try it for yourself.

The owner Lumi is rude and dishonest. I’ve been using their dry cleaning services for over 5 years and they misplaced my dry cleaning more than a handful of times. I understand that they’re busy but my issue is with their dishonesty and accountability with customer items. Recently they picked up our dry cleaning from our concierge and misplaced it in their shop. Mistakes happen but you don’t gaslight and lie to a customer about the status when a cleaning is being addressed.
