I worked with Memed and Chris on the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home. They were professional and courteous and incredibly thorough. We had a few hiccups with our last purchase and were prepared for more chaos. We couldn't have had a better experience with Acuna law offices!

When I hired Acuna Law to help me with the commercial tenant eviction case, I was promised that it would be a quick and easy case. They were struggling from the beginning to send a Five days’ notice. Six months later nothing is done. I had to constantly call them and send emails with concerns and questions or to receive the updates on my case, ensuring that the things were done. Never kept me updated on the progress of my case. Every time I called, I was told that they are busy with the other clients, like I wasn’t one of them. Finally tenant moved out by himself with NO help from Acuna Law. Also I payed $2000 back in January for Acuna Law for filing complain against my old tenant, still waiting for an answer. Nobody filed anything, trying to get my money back, nobody responds anymore. All they did was bill me in front and not get the job done. This is the only thing they are good at! I would never recommend this company.

I have been getting helps from this firm for quite many years, never disappointed. They helped me gone through quite a few evictions and other situations when I needed to take possession of rental properties. Some were easy and some were tough, but we always got it done. Communications are prompt and clear, and I also turn to them for various questions related to properties, always helpful. Highly recommended!

Our realtor, Straigh-A Realty, recommended Acuna Law to my wife and me to help with the home we were selling. Chatted with Chris the next day and we went to work. He assigned Memed Nurceski to our home. Memed was great - super fast, and got back to me fast with all the answers to my many questions. After chatting back and forth through phone, email, and text, I finally got to meet Memed in person at the close which was nice. You know you have a great attorney when the buyer's attorney sings his praises for being complete and thorough with all the paperwork. From what I was told, closings often take 2-3 hours since paperwork is missing, or someone forgot to sign something. I think we were there for maybe 45/50 minutes which everyone loved. I worked with Christopher Acuna when I was purchasing a condo in Chicago. I was not satisfied with the service. He was extremely unresponsive to my emails. I did not feel that he was supportive or had my best interests in mind, as he ignored some of the concerns I raised. He was also blunt and rude to me during our one brief phone conversation. If I am paying for a lawyer, I'd like to think they would respect me enough to be polite, but not Chris Acuna. I would not recommend this law firm.

Chris Acuna the owner and attorney from this law firm is highly professional and experienced, with extremely excellent knowledge on complicated cases. I had a frustrating landlord/tenant case, Chris was able to give me quick response, patient explanation, and full big picture as well as detailed knowledge I need to know to best protect my case. He is not like other lawyers who just tell you we change a flat fee and we can do everything. He is actually there to help you. We really need this type of lawyers who are passionate about their job and helping people. I look forward to working with them more

Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you! My husband hired Chris to represent him as the landlord in an eviction case. They immediately told him what the previous attorney did wrong in filing the case giving my husband false security but after that everything went downhill. They do not communicate with the clients well at all, whenever we would call them to ask questions it seemed rushed and like they do not want to explain things clearly. They sent my husband a document that he needed to answer for discovery and they never filed it! After we found out months later that the documents were not filed and reached out to Acuna law, Leo was talking to my husband like he was prosecuting a case against him and didn't want to accept liability for not properly filing the responses. I would not recommend having Acuna law as your attorney for landlord tenant disputes.

Amazing law firm and an excellent support team. I met with Mr. Acuna to setup my startup corporation status and he was a breeze to work with. He was extremely friendly and helpful to answer every question I had. The cost of his services were fair for the level of quality I received.
