Omg, these guys are awesome! I had a complicated situation where I had to evict a tenant and this team was totally professional, responsive, understanding, and they actually listened very well! It is very hard to find an attorney that will consult with you and actually listen to understand your situation and not to just give you a quick response! I really appreciated this! They were so good at their job that I did not have to continue to fight with this lady she just left on her own! My attorneys were not playing and they fought for me! They handled my case how they saw fit. They didn’t protect me at all as a landlord even though I requested and sent detailed information about my case to their office. When the the tenant vacated the property they basically closed out the rest of my claims with the judge because they wanted 5k for further representation to take the case to trial. I’m now in a position where I’m getting treated as a defendant. Don’t waste your time or your dime!!!

Very good law firm Facing an eviction due to wage garnishments this firm was clutch. When it first happened I had no idea what to do and everyone wanted money for this money for that and before you know it your giving them so much you won’t have money for anything. Called this place and spoke to Chris himself, paid the initial fee which was the most cost effective out of everyone and he was on it right away My case lasted forever and they were there every step of the way. Now understand they don’t have to fight for you to get more time to come up with money when it’s due, nor do they have to get court dates changed or extended when you can’t make it or run late and they did this for me time and time again with not one complaint. There were some close calls that were my fault but they helped me get though it and I would recommend them no matter what. Throw all the advertisement letters out and go with this firm hands down
