The office was very responsive with a contract issue I had. Mr. Acuna was thoughtful and helped us focus on the important aspects of the case. In the end, we got a great result without spinning our wheels. Great experience.

I went to Acuna Law back in 2001 with a matter that they said they would resolve. I paid them for this matter. Fast foward to now. I recently received a letter that my wages would be garnished from this matter that was supposedly resolved. I immediate call them and never received a call back. I called again and was told to send over the documents that i received. I sent them over. I have since emailed and called them on several occasions and have received no response. I do not recommend this law firm as they do not do what they promise and don't see the whole case through. No my wages will be garnished due to their lack of representation. Bad buiness!

Avoid headaches and save your money. Acuna Law is inefficient and does not provide detailed information regarding the case. However, they are very good at billing you and not getting the job done. The cases are primarily. managed by law clerks and the lawyers do not provide the necessary guidance. I had to constantly call them to address concerns and ensure to get things done. Incompetent and not helpful in closing a case!

The Acuna law firm and their staff are awesome. They kept me informed and made me feel totally at ease during the entire case. Handled evrything via email and I did not have to miss work for appearances. I highly recommend them!

My firm has used Acuna Law Office on a number of occasions for a variety of issues and I do not hesitate to work with them again. Plain and simple. You will not be disappointed in the results obtained.

Chris consulted with me on an issue associated with my daughters landlord. He explained everything thoroughly and followed up with an email confirming our recommended course of action. We will continue to utilize his services if this matter continues to escalate. We appreciated his guidance during this stressful situation.

Can't believe this place or in particular Acuna had 4.9 stars. All this guy cares it's about getting paid & has very little empathy. I hire him in September and during all this time I got the most time on the phone with him today arguing about the other half of the money the he wants to collect than actually talking about my case or what's gonna happen or what's the plan when we go for trial. So far I gave this individual $1,000 in wich the first The 1st appearance he didn't show up then shows on the second and now for the next one he wants another $1,000 & mind you he hasn't he hasn't give me more than 5 to 10 minutes of conversation about my case & today wanted to argue about the money for over 20 minutes and still can't explain what's going to happen with my case and wants me to give him $1,000 . I'll be reporting this to the Bar Association and Attorney General office.

Attorney Acuna was very good about responding back to urgent questions. He takes the time to listen to concerns and explain questions. I really felt I had someone who cared in my corner. Professional and willing to discuss options available as pertains to the case.

Do Not Recommend for evictions, avoid if possible. Unsustainable business practice. - Extremely unresponsive to calls, text, email (you name it) - Disorganized and missed deadlines for filing, resulting in further vacancy - Turnover in staff resulting in confusion among 3 different clerks I have needed to work with

UPDATE 9/1/2023 Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHRISTOPHER! I am now looking to move, and I HAVE A WRITE OFF on my rental background for the same amount I had to pay the landlord in March. The landlord claim they did not want the past DUE rent just that I vacate the unit which I did long before the case even HAPPENED. I SAVED UP $4800 and I was only past due $3500 or so at that time. MR. ACUNA DID NOT EVEN ask them if I COULD PAY IM COURT . NOW ON MY credit FILE, is a $6000 write off I’m assuming for the past due plus lawyer fees. HE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT DISMISSED AND REQUESTED THAT I PAY. INSTEAD UT WAS DISMISSED BUT I NOW STILL OWE, when this could’ve been paid. HE IS NOT INFORMATIVE, he DOES NOT EVEN CALL AFTER YOU PAY THE INITIAL FEE, HE WILL NOT GIVE YOU A PROPER UPDATE. I MIGHT AS WELL HAVE AN EVICTION Initial POST : (4 months ago) Thank you for assisting me with my legal case. I received the results I wanted. Thank you Leo, Cole and of course Mr. Acuna he was extremely nice. My recommendation: Providing weekly updates via phone or email to help reassure clients that their case is being handled in a timely fashion. It also contributes to transparency and removes anxiety.
