HORRIBLE LEGAL SERVICE Unfortunately, I was referred to chris acuna by another law firm to handle an eviction. If you are seeking counsel for an eviction(s) FIND ANOTHER ONE. In my opinion, this firm is strictly "TENANT FRIENDLY."  As a landlord of a small property, I cannot afford to have an eviction dragged out for five to six months. I repeatedly asked chris to ask the judge to EXPEDITE the case. What did chris do, he requested continuous after continuous after continuous after continuous. By the time the case was finished I was out of $20K, plus legal and court fees. When I requested that the fees be included, chris responded "We won't ask for that because it shows the court, we are considerate." I am paraphrasing. I could not believe it, but please believe me find a LANDLORD FRIENDLY attorney. chris will take your hard-earned cash without breaking his smile. Here is another reason to RUN. The communication throughout this nightmare was disastrous. I sent emails and made numerous calls seeking updates, paperwork which oftentimes took weeks for a response.  I honestly believe I was taken advantage of. Don't think twice, seek legal help elsewhere or do it yourself.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Christopher Acuna is, without question, the most unprofessional attorney my family and I have ever dealt with. Throughout our experience, he demonstrated a complete lack of communication and failed to uphold the services outlined in our contract. Acuna Law Offices did not respond to repeated phone calls, emails, or text messages requesting updates on our case. Months went by without a single reply—not from him or anyone else at the firm. We even reached out during a family emergency and still received no response. In total, four months passed with absolutely no communication. However, when we sent an email to terminate services, they responded within minutes, claiming there had been medical issues. With no explanation as to why this was never communicated earlier. The explanation felt disingenuous and only came after we chose to terminate services. Any landlord seeking legal representation should strongly reconsider hiring Christopher Acuna if you value your time, adequate communication, and proper handling of your property.

Entering into real estate transactions is a daunting process, it’s filled with ups, down, delays, and sometimes even deals that fall through, but having a attorney who knows how to navigate transactions all while making their clients fill secure is exactly what Chris and his team does effortlessly! Acuna Law provided answers, sound advice and guidance as I moved through this process. Terrible experience. Chris accepted my case right away, but he did NOTHING. He will gladly take your money and not respond to you or do anything to help in any way. He does not care about his clients at all. He doesn’t answer any of your questions or explain the process of what’s next/moving forward. If you want a lawyer to actually listen to you and help he is not the one. But he will take your thousands of dollars no problem. I would give 0 stars if I could because of the stress and horrendous outcomes he has caused.
