Do not sell here if you have any self respect. dropped items off at 3:30pm and they still were not processed until after closing time 8:20pm) then they rushed my buy offering hardly anything. They didn't even go in order in which you came in. Skipped over several peoples call number. I know if the staff wasn't so busy talking and joking with each other/friends who come in and just stand around maybe they could actually take care of customers in a timely manner. the manager didn't even look me in my face his head was down the entire time he did my buy. store needs new staff and management ASAP. A waste of time and complete joke.
They have some good standard stuff for good prices (the Levi’s were only $20). But looking around at the shoes, some of them are in nasty condition. One of them had some powder come out of it just from me picking it up. The other is just falling apart. Things in such terrible condition being sold for 100+, 200+ is so nasty.
Sloppy display of everything. Staff seems to be underage, careless or..delayed. Tried to buy my Isabel Marant blouse (new with tags), and theory top all together for $35 dollars.. and then offered the 35 just for the Isabel Marant blouse. Scamming on the clock lol. Everything they’re selling is… hilariously over priced. Everything about my experience made my skin itch. Hate to insult the staff but they do add to the mess of a franchise 2nd street is.. or whatever it is.
It’s embarrassing how far this location has fallen from grace. Went in yesterday and saw them selling a FAKE (and a bad fake at that) stained supreme box logo tee for $230…I can’t shop here anymore knowing the employees are not being trained well enough to spot stuff like this, especially when 2nd street prides themselves on authenticity. I’ve shopped at this location for a few years, more often when I worked in the area, the prices were always fair This is not the case anymore, and now I have no trust in any of there higher tier items. A lot of great locations in the city, but this one’s near the bottom
Absolute scam. Stole our clothing. Claimed they would call us back, snow storm hit, no call back. Check in today 5 days later since no call and we were told it was donated. Even though they told us they will call us. Pulling phone records from our phone company and requesting their security footage to prove they lied and stole our clothing. Train your staff better. You cannot have policies and then have your staff not implement them properly. $1200 pants, GONE. STOLEN. Absolutely horrendous business practice. DO NOT GO HERE.
This place is amazing they have so many amazing fashion pieces. I got a 2200 moncler for 229$ 😂😂😂 Grenoble like are you serious. So I’m going back and I’m planning on spending more money. Only bad thing was them security guards like 🥷 please only thing I’m stealing is a sale baby 😂😂😂
I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had at Second Street today. My son and I were shopping, and as he walked out of the fitting room, an employee asked, “Are those your hangers?” He replied, “Yes,” and she immediately snapped, “Then pick them up.” The tone was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. It was obvious she was having a bad day, so I simply picked up the hangers myself and we continued shopping without saying anything. We then went to the register with well over $1,000 worth of items we intended to purchase. Halfway through checkout, the same employee stormed over and asked my son if he had left a pair of pants in the fitting room. He immediately said, “Oh, sorry,” and was about to go take care of it. Instead, she took all of the merchandise we were purchasing, told us to get out, and refused to complete the sale. There was no argument, no raised voices, and no disrespect from us. The entire situation was created by one employee’s completely unprofessional behavior. Losing a $1,000+ sale is your business’s loss, but what’s even more concerning is that this type of treatment appears to be tolerated. Customers should not be spoken to with hostility or thrown out over something that could have been resolved with a simple, respectful conversation. I won’t be returning, and I hope management addresses how customers are treated because no one should have an experience like this.
Pretty good. Not the best 2nd street I’ve been to, but not horrible. Had a great variety though of every brand you could look for
$30 for my silk runway Valentino top. They are joking. I guess I had a feeling because one has to look at the customers shopping and the location. This is definitely not soho. Its Chinatown. Most of their clients have dirty faces. I was scared I was going to bring home some bedbugs. MON Feb 16: Follow up I have found bedbugs in my clothes. I had to burn 3k worth of fashion. Im pissed. Its a good think I saw them before I put it in my walk in closet, it would have done a lot more damage. BUYER beware
After being treated so poorly at the bottega store it was nice to fine the same pieces I was eyeing but cheaper
