Insane selection of clothes there, from high end designer to Y2K pieces it's honestly great. Picked up two shirts yesterday for only $50 total, both fit great and are awesome quality. Overall it's honestly a great spot if you're in Soho.
Not the best experience. We went in just to see what was offered, but the prices were overpriced for second-hand shopping. The security guard was rude and forced us out with our bags. I don't know why, but I saw others with bags browsing the aisles. I don't think I will go back.
Extremely expensive considering the clothes have been worn. I saw an EdHardy hoodie that my son bought at Marshalls for $20 but this store wanted $100 .. Some of their designer stuff looked nice but very expensive.. I did score a made in 🇺🇸 Pendleton flannel for $13 ..
I had a very upsetting experience at this location. A blonde woman named Jade treated me extremely poorly. She was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was a bother just for asking questions. Instead of helping, she spent most of her time chatting with coworkers and ignoring customers. I waited over 5 hours to have my items priced with no communication or updates. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

Incredible selection of secondhand fashion. Sure there’s a good amount of security, but the place is packed so it makes sense. Spend some time browsing and you’ll surely find a piece or two calling your name.
don’t waste your time trying to sell anything here. they say they’ll call, but they don’t and after you wait for hours and return, your stuff is all over the place and they offer ridiculous prices on them. i brought brand new doctor martens boots and they wanted to buy them for 5 dollars. they offered 20 cents on a top. honestly, I felt insulted. just donated everything to a shelter nearby and it was totally worth it.
A terrible experience from top to bottom! I read the other one star reviews (you should, too), and chose to give this place a chance anyway. What a mistake!!! If you are a seller, run as fast as you can away from this place. I tried not to waste anyone’s time by calling ahead to get insight about how they value and price clothes they buy from sellers. I asked specifically how they think about two year old clothes that have never been worn and have original price tags still attached. The woman I spoke with told me they offer “30-50% of retail” for these items based on their belief about saleability. That seemed fair to me, so I gave it a shot. I took $1700 worth of unworn clothes with price tags still attached, as well as 18 additional pieces that were gently used, and their total offer to me was a whopping $86!! What a joke! 30% of the retail price of the unworn, tagged items alone would have been $510. A classic case of saying one thing and doing another. When I challenged the offer, the person at the store said, “It all depends on who values your clothes when you bring them in. Some offer more than others.” An unprofessional approach at the least and probably more likely an intentional ploy to get you in the door. Pathetic!!!
I was asked to come here. I ge rally hate thrift stores. And this was not an exception.
Went in to check out some of the bags there the experience was Ok until when my boyfriend tried to grab a balenciaga bag from the top row to possibly purchase. The bag had a wire on it of course I would presume to prevent people from stealing but we were able to still look at the bag until one of the male African American employees with piercings all over his face came up to us being hostile like yelling at us as if we were thieves or a couple of 12 year olds. He rudely told us that we can’t grab things off of the top of the shelf and that we’d have to ask first which is fine but don’t talk to customers rudely like that especially to another grown man. We then proceeded to tell him that we would’ve had no problem asking first but we weren’t greeted, no one bothered offering us any help, and there are no clear indications that you need to ask for “permission” to look at anything especially when you can freely grab everything else like the tops and shoes with NO permission don’t pick and choose mind you these are all SECOND HAND items not even actual storefronts such as BALENCIAGA prohibit picking up items to look at before possibly purchasing. The employee proceeded to tell us that he isn’t required to greet us so we just left. He lost out on a possible sale/commission by not being polite. Retail stores need to bring back uniforms to stay humble and this employee in particular needs to be brought back down to earth, customers should absolutely be greeted when they enter AT LEAST.
