I purchased a classic Dodge Charger from Vancouver British Columbia, i live in WI and it would have been 1700 miles one way to drive it home which clearly was not going to happen. So... i randomly chose Shiplux to be my carrier and I'm certain it was my best choice. I spoke to a super friendly dispatcher by the name of Noah (owner?) and was assured my ride will have a safe journey back to Wisconsin with a hassle free cross over the border. My Charger was brought right to my doorstep without a scratch! It was everything I expected and more 🙂 The cost of shipping is competitive but how fast my car showed up was worth every penny. Enclosed trailer with an outstanding driver, very friendly and knowledgeable about taking care of your ride and knows the business. Recently had my Jeep shipped from Virginia to Arizona. On the day prior to my scheduled delivery date, the Transporter tried to arrive a day early, but I could not make that happen. So the next day, I was hoping the Transporter would arrive early before noon, but he decided to pickup another vehicle in another state, delaying my delivery to the evening. Anyway, once my Jeep was picked up, it did arrrive a day earlier, so I was very pleased about that. I was also pleased with my ShipLux agent, Noah, who answered all my inquiries and kept me in the loop while my Jeep was in transit. I will continue to use ShipLux going forward. Ty.

I had a great experience getting my car shipped this past weekend with ShipLux. My dealer wasn’t able to help me find transportation due to the Easter weekend and Good Friday, so I went online and filled out a request around midnight. To my surprise, I received a call first thing the next morning. I was connected with Sheldon, who was extremely friendly and professional. Before speaking with him, I had already dealt with three other companies that gave me the runaround—promising Saturday delivery, then raising the price and pushing delivery to Sunday. It became frustrating quickly. After initially telling Sheldon I had already booked someone else, I ended up calling him back—and I’m glad I did. From that point on, everything was handled exactly how it should be. They provided full transparency, including insurance information and the driver’s ID and details, which gave me peace of mind. The communication was excellent. Sheldon followed up multiple times before and after delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. These guys were awesome. Omar brought the motorcycle I purchased from a different state. Picked it up from the dealer and dropped it off in front of my house. He sent me pictures at pick up and kept me updated the whole time. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience using Shiplux to transport my car from Daytona Florida to St Croix USVI. Kirsten was my point of contact. I was buying a car, sight unseen, from a dealership in Daytona. She was very responsive to my texts, answered all my questions and even arranged for the vehicle to be taken from the dealership to the shipping port. She made sure all my paperwork was in order and made my life easier by talking to the salesman at the dealership to make sure everyone was on the same page. I would definitely recommend Shiplux and Kirsten and I'm already thinking about having them ship another vehicle for me after seeing how easy it was. No hidden or unexpected expenses. I was in a bind and needed a large piece of equipment, picked up and moved from Tucson Arizona to New Mexico! They were very fast, efficient and had great communication! Price was reasonable as well!! What an awesome operation!! John
