BEWARE! stay far away from shiplux and read their trust pilot + BBB reviews unlike i did prior to signing anything! i signed documentation for a $2,322 booking order to have my car shipped from alabama to st. thomas, USVI. however, i have now spent $1,100 between a $499 charge to schedule a pick up driver (booking order stated i would be charged $99), $500 payment to delivery driver and $112 to fedex documents to puerto rico (per the request of my agent, kirsten berenty) and shiplux claims i still owe them $2,223. kirsten assured me the $500 payment to the delivery driver was included in my quote, however when i requested an updated invoice, they did not deduct the $500 driver delivery fee. kirsten claims that “gas prices have gone up” which apparently justifies a $1,000 increase in price despite kirsten never making me aware of any of this. i left voicemails for kirsten for three days before my boyfriend was finally able to get her to answer to the phone, to which she told him that we shouldn’t bother her anymore. i have no idea where my car is, when it will be shipped or if it will even be shipped. i have been given no information regarding the shipping vessel nor expected delivery day. i have attached proof of the original booking order (total tariff: $2,322) i signed versus the invoice they sent me yesterday (total tariff: $2,722) and $500 for the delivery driver was never deducted. all in all, i will be paying $3,222 to have my car shipped (if it ever even ships) rather than $2,322 - despite signing documentation for the $2,322 booking order. unfortunately, i will be handing this over to my attorney on monday because at this point, kirsten has stated she will no longer work with me and i have no idea where my car is and if i will ever see it again.

Warning: Shiplux employees have not responded for over a year to damages on our vehicle. We have called, emailed, and left voice messages but we get no follow up. We shipped a new Mercedes Sprinter from New Jersey to Colorado. Upon arrival in Colorado the back up camera on the roof was missing. In addition both rear tires were deflated with missing caps on the tire air nozzles. Because of this we are not sure if the back up camera was stolen or was impacted during driving. I am writing this review to notify others that the service from ShipLux has not been good. I would avoid shipping with them if possible as communication is extremely unreliable especially if something goes wrong during shipping.

These guys are skilled at shipping high end vehicles. Continual communication, skilled shippers, and courteous service. Highly recommend this company.

Shiplux handled all the complex details and paperwork for all the legs of our trip...from Colorado to Florida to Puerto Rico to St Croix they guided on every step of the way and took care of most of the paperwork. Very straightforward experience and outstanding communication!

I had a great experience using ShipLux to ship my car from the Virgin Islands to the mainland. Kirsten was my agent and she made the whole process so easy. She was always quick to respond when I had questions, super professional, and kept me in the loop the entire time. I never felt like I was in the dark about where things stood. The worst. They used a driver that couldn't speak a word of english to deliver my boat from FL to NY. He brought the boat on a non commercial route and hit an underpass clearly marked with height restrictions. I didn't realize it when he dropped the boat and he didn't disclose it. Basically drop it and run. I never collected and they did noting but pass the buck back and forth. They didn't pay as promised and disclose who there insurance company was. Drivers tickets and damage photos attached. DO NOT USE THEM
