This Disclosure Statement has been prepared by Corporation Names in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Your personal data is collected through the website, membership and company registration forms, cookies and electronic communication channels, based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of the processing, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its deletion or destruction, and to object to any outcome to your detriment that results from the analysis of the processing exclusively through automated systems.
