Great customer service . Girls are awesome. The only bad part is they need to fix the AC, I couldn’t even try on the clothes of how hot it was.

Forgot to remove the security tag from a hat that I got for my niece as a gift. I didn't notice it until I got home.I no longer needed the item because I didn't have time to return to the store and go to the her birthday party so I bought her another gift from a different store.Windsor refused to let me return it even though they forgot to remove the security tag.They were also extremely rude and didn't even say sorry for their mistake.Don't waste your time or money on this unprofessional store.Major changes need to be made on staff.

Worst shopping experience ever ... I usually enjoy shopping in this store but the employees there ...two womens one more aggressive than the other one was fighting about the first one talking on the phone for over 15 minutes when I try to purchase a shoe I previously asked them to get met everything turned crazy they start yelling at me just because I didn't want to receive the change of a hundred bill in singles after that they give me a receipt half printed half not, I asked them to get a fully print receipt and the first one start screaming at me yelling interrupting me being aggressive and just at the end denying me the purchase I did feel like they was about to get violent and really fear for my safety ,I was about to call the police I love your store but if this is the customer service Windsor have to offer I will never go shopping there again

Great products but the store manager was very prejudice and rude. She kept making the assumption my family and I were stealing products in the fitting room when clearly we were just trying out clothes.

Was looking for an out fit for a special occasion and Chloe & Jenica we’re so helpful. They took the time to help me put an outfit together and zip and in zip me. Great experience.

What should have been a simple and joyful shopping trip for my daughter turned into an unnecessarily hostile and uncomfortable situation due to the conduct of the store manager, Rachel. While assisting my daughter in the fitting area, I briefly asked my husband to look at a dress she was trying on. Rachel approached us with an unnecessarily sarcastic tone to inform us that men were not allowed in the fitting area. We immediately respected the policy. The issue was not the rule itself, but the attitude and delivery. Afterward, my husband and I discussed the policy between ourselves. We were not speaking to Rachel, yet she appeared offended simply because we were talking about the store’s rules. Instead of focusing on her responsibilities, she continued to insert herself into the situation. She was literally listening to us behind dresses. When we selected a dress and proceeded to check out, an employee named Esmeralda began assisting us. She was polite and professional at first. However, Rachel again inserted herself without reason. I calmly asked if Esmeralda could complete the transaction due to our earlier interaction. Rachel refused, stating, "I’m the manager," and then stood there refusing to ring up the dress. She was staring at tge dress and made it clear it was a power trip on her end. At one point, she even **snatched the dress off the counter and moved it to the back table**, preventing me from seeing the name or details of the dress. This was unnecessary, retaliatory, and clearly intended to escalate the situation. When we asked why she was behaving this way, she abruptly told us, "No. You can leave." My husband asked if she was truly refusing to sell the dress, and she responded, "She can find another. Leave." This was retaliatory, inappropriate, and a clear abuse of authority. A manager should never escalate a situation or deny service over a personal issue she created. Her behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable for someone in a leadership role. To make matters worse, both Rachel and Esmeralda began waving and taunting as we left. I have photos and videos documenting this behavior . I have already requested that this incident be reviewed immediately. Families should not be treated this way, and no customer should experience hostility or retaliation from a store manager.

Oh my God I can’t tell you how much I love the store .I am such a lazy shopper when it comes to finding the perfect outfit and the way they put their manikins together made it so effortless for me …..I literally was able to go in and pick out two wonderful outfits just from looking at the displays!!! kudos to whoever dresses the manikins.
