Had an amazing experience shopping for my prom dress. Liv and Heaven were outstanding and went above and beyond helping me find the perfect dress and shoes.

I had great customer service and was able to find such a beautiful dress for prom that fits me just right!! This is now my new favorite store!! 🤍

Very bad management and the employees don't know their jobs. I bought the shoes from windsor hulen mall and the staffs didn't give me the shoe box and said since it didn't come with it. They just put them inside the paper bag. But when I returned them in this location since I was close by, they're asking about the shoe box. I explained them i got it without the box and had to go back to hulen again. What a waste time due to bad service.

I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing an inappropriate and unprofessional interaction between the manager Rachel, and a customer. Today 5/17/26, as I was shopping I seen and heard the manager escalate a situation by taunting and inappropriately speaking to a customer in a manner that bordered abusive. Rachel, the manager had such a bad attitude and the tone in which she used was extremely condescending and concerning to me as a consumer that such behavior from a manager would occur. I felt really bad for the couple and their children who had to experience this. I left immediately after I witnessed Rachel rudely tell the father "you can buy a dress somewhere else" and to leave. Rachel even went as far as to waive her hand at the entire family with her hand gesturing bye! I cannot stress it enough that Rachel was so sarcastic and unprofessional. A manager should be trained to address all situations professionally and not display a lack of self control. After reading some of the reviews regarding this specific location, it appears this is a common occurrence and I think Windsor Corporate should take this serious to avoid losing customers due to bad management. Windsor please do better!

Omg I would like to start off by saying the nerve of how some people think they can act in public…. I unfortunately had to witness in the store yesterday a woman and her husband that was shopping acting so nasty and ugly and rude and loud with vulgar language that I was subjected to. like how does adults go out in public and act like this, and in front of their child, no less . all I know is the people that work at that store God bless them because they have to deal with people like that all the time I’m sure, and the workers handled that whole ugly situation beautifully the workers there were extremely nice and understanding even after that family was asked to leave after their outburst and screaming and cussing. Those young ladies held themselves up, like true young women they should be proud of themselves because I don’t think I would’ve been able to control myself to be spoken and treated like those customers treated one of the workers there like oh my gosh, I would highly recommend going there to shop because those women truly work hard to give good service . Great job ladies!!!!!!!!

Great selection of dresses, not on sizes though. Staff are not friendly nor helpful. I was there over 30 minutes and not one staff member approached me. When I was leaving the changing area, one staff member seemed irritated that I was walking in front of her.

Horrible customer service and scammers I did a payment throug zip and she told me it didn’t go through on her end and when in fact it did my husband paid with his card anyway . Ended up paying for the same thing twice . Beware of this store

The people who work at this Windsor are so incredibly trashy and rude- horrific customer service. Sad to see this mall which once was a quality place years ago, now in this sad state.

I went to this location last weekend to purchase a dress and shoes the assistant manager Jamesha was very helpful and professional. I would like to thank you so much for helping me with items that complimented my style. You Rock👌🏾

Winsdor always has something great. But customer service is so bad at this store especially the "Manager". Working retial isnt for everyone, but at least try to be polite and nice to customers.
