The clothes are cute but a little over priced haven’t shopped for formal wear there so I can’t speak on that. This store is so hot especially in the fitting rooms. I almost always give up trying stuff on because it’s so uncomfortable. Please fix the air !
While I love the pieces I received, I hated the customer service. I believe her name is Michelle, based off the name on the card machine. # 1, if you're going to ask for an email, next time, let the customer know why you need. Simply saying " can I get an email" is not sufficient. Then when I ask you why you need it, you may want to make eye contact. Even though your response was we need it for tracking customers, it's still not sufficient information and I had even less desire to give you any information. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY. If you dont like your job and cannot give 100%, it's ok, but it also mean you probably should look for a new place to work. The young lady in the dressing was very nice and professional.
This is my daughters’s favorite store to shop for homecoming and prom but the AC has been out for 6 months and it’s unreasonable to expect your customers and employees to suffer in the Texas heat. I’m thinking about filing an official complaint with the labor department.
I went in for a birthday alfit last week and I was so impressed by there customer service not only where they professional,kind and so helpful but they went beyond customer service!!! I had a long time with out going out and this day was a super special day ! My 30th birthday !! And I wanted to look the best I could!! And they made it happen ! If u guys are looking for a great person to help u pick out alfits go here and ask for Regina !!! She was amazing!! Also not only did I come out with one alfit but 3 !!! And planing to make it my favorite store !! Will definitely recommend this store !!! 🙌🏻
There was a good variety. Sale options and ok prices but this store was a little less orderly than the one at Grapevine Mills Mall which made looking for just the right prom dress a little difficult. The young woman who was working the dressing room was very nice and professional.
Was here this morning to return 2 jackets I bought. The cashier was very rude. She refused to give me my money back when my receipt clearly said I have until Jan 7, 2019 to return. She got mad and start throwing stuff on the counter when I insist that Im still available for a refund when my receipt said so. She got really mad and said " I will make a phone call and find out, I dont need you to tell me what to do"🤬🤬. After her phone called turn out I was right so she have to give me my money. She didnt even apologize or anything for her attitude or for being wronged. I asked her for her name but she wont give it to me. Wont be back to this location😡😡
There’s a employee there with dark black hair who was not helpful at all and did not provide good customer service. I was looking for a top and one was busy with customers but the one I was talking about was off doing her own thing. I asked “hey do you have this top, it’s online and I can’t find it.” All she said was mmm. Didn’t say but we can order it for you or if we do it would be in this section just said Mmmm and walked away. Terrible customer service
