Love there drinks and food, BUT they’re rude, and when I go in for my coffee at 4:30 am before work, I like to order lattes and macchiato drinks, but the only coffee available at that time is the self serve.. they always run out of lids and sugar at this location. Plus, I called to complain about one of the employees and their customer service attitude and I got hung up on. That was very unprofessional and they don’t care obviously how they treat their customers.
First Wawa I've ever been too and I'm quite impressed. All the food i have gotten has actaully been great. The store is exceptionally clean and the service is very friendly. However if you order food there is going to be quite a wait. That would be my only complaint Even standing in line to pay for just gas at the counter can be really slow at times. Definitely lives up to advertising and then some overall though. Also for some reason they keep their packages of water in the very back corner of the alcohol cooler with no advertisement that it is even there. So if you are looking for packages of water look in walk in beer/alcohol cooler.
Terrible service, the food I got was not good at all. When I told the girl with the pink hair working in the beverage area that I got the wrong drink she got an attitude with me and blamed it on the person training, and told me I would have to reorder it, and wait in line instead of just making correcting the mistake. I’ll never go to that Wawa again.
I drive all day and Wawa is the only place I go but I will Never come back to this location! I paid $2 for a cup of ice which is free at the other locations and they make you prepay for the fountain drinks which is Huge inconvenience especially in a rush. Please save yourself some time and don't go to this location
Wawa on Wilson blv in Jacksonville. It's on Wilson and lane. We have been searching for a 7-11 for my husbands coffee because they have what's strong enough. Anyways, we had to settle for this wawa instead. It's 2:30 am and we had an emergency trip with out two babies under two years old in the car. My husband was extremely tired and the clerk got rude and was slamming things around when my husband had to get coffee to get us home safely while she was about to "close the station" Please talk to your staff about being compassionate to customers and respect is necessary when working with customers for a living.
This is the dirtiest Wawa that I've experienced. The parking lot was trashed. The bathrooms were disgusting. They can't even keep receipt paper at the pumps outside.
I enjoy the variety of food, more area in the store than other convenient stores, plenty of parking and the gas area has plenty of room. Other places are tightly packed. So far my experience has been good. I go just about every day.
Taylor and other staff was very rude when let them know I was in the middle of making an order and they told me the system autoishuts down. I ask them if they could help me seeing as though I was in the process of making an order. The emplotold me I had other options as far as wattaburger.. and laughed at me. I told them that was very rude.
I have the worst experience at this wawa!. 1st of all the gas station is always packed there are lines for the pumps and once you go inside there is always one person working the cash register there is never enough employees!! Consider standing In line when you come...and to top it all off the MANAGER "PENNY" is horrible!! She has bad customer service, no class whatsoever never greets anyone, never has a smile on her face and does not like to help employees when needed. She is definitely not MANAGER material!!This WAWA needs help!!!!
I love this place. I was in there yesterday and they were dancing and singing there was a lady walking around giving out free hash browns. Any size coffee as a dollar. Even the cappuccinos just too happy atmosphere good way to start the day
