Don't know what's been going on with this wawa as of late but the cooking staff in the morning is messing up big time and some how the managers in the morning are making it worse. You will have to roll the dice with this location for breakfast you may not get it till 30 minutes later with no line and sent for a refund that they won't do in the store for some reason.

Most Wawa stations I have been to have been well run. Not so with this Lane & Wilson location. I stopped visiting because there was always something wrong. Register not working, "Cash Only" signs taped to the door, vacant cooler drink shelves that only seem to have the gouge/overpriced products restocked. The couple cents that would be saved on their gas prices just isn't worth it...

Customer service at checkout was excellent. However, while I was waiting for my food I noticed a food prep person was wearing his mask incorrectly- it was under his nose, and when he talked the mask moved so it uncovered his mouth as well. Then while I was STILL waiting (it took 15 minutes to get a mac & cheese), a different staff person walked through the store with her mask under her chin, picking her teeth with her finger. She then put her mask under her nose (come on people, think it through) and started tidying the coffee area without washing her hands.

I just ordered, through Uber, from this location. The food is PHENOMENAL. This is my first time ordering a Whole Pie (Pizza) and I am 100% satisfied, even my sub & sandwich is immaculate. I thank y’all, I’ll provide more business to your location. I typically come and Tesla Charge and walk-in, impeccable services from that interaction as well, now you’re one of my TOP CHOICES! I’m loving Duval County, all the businesses treat me like family and I feel COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE when coming there. Y’all are stellar folks and I appreciate you. Semine

We went here today just to check out what people are raving about. The place is clean and spacious. Not your ordinary gas station. They have a wide range of food selection from salads, to sandwiches, to quick lunches, smoothies and espresso. We ordered espresso and smoothie for my son and I was surprised that it was really really good. We also ordered their old fashioned donut and it was delicious! The idea of ordering your food through a touchscreen monitor is pretty neat. We will definitely be back.

Young black lady couldn't get off her phone long enough to ring me up for gas, I had to ask her for a receipt and she was on her phone the whole time. Gross bathrooms

First store I’ve seen where the staff that aren’t on the register or giving out the food go out of there way to be rude to customers that they have no reason to be interacting with. Glad upper management knows who to put on the registers etc but who hires the rest of these associates? I’ve seen associates on the floor gossiping loud about customers and I’ve seen some just plain out bitter and RUDE. I know it can’t be that bad working here. There are a few really nice employees I’ve come across and the atmosphere has so much potential.

This is the Dirty wawa I have ever been to I just arrived from Tampa been here two times and not happy I really love coming to wawa. I hope second one that is close to me is better. Thank from customer !!!

Went in for drinks, only two of the slushie flavors actually worked, so we moved to other slushie machines. Only two were spinning there as well. So we went to the fountain drinks. Strawberry lemonade tasted nice. Employee was nice. There was a panhandler inside the sets of doors asking people walking by for things.

I am a doordasher. The associate in the Deli area at 5am was not friendly nor did she smile. The order was for a salad. The salad was on the counter with the dressing. I stood there for 5 minutes. She didn't acknowledge me. So I went ti the windows and stood. She cleared her screen with customers. She noticed I was still standing there. She put the salad in the bag. Still hasn't acknowledged me. I then walk up to the counter. Tell her the order name. She told me to confirm order pickup FIRST. I advised her I must have the order in hand to confirm pickup. She REFUSED to give the order until I clicked the button. I called Doordash. She told the company doordash to click confirm pickup before she handed out the order. Doordash had to press the button on their end. I picked up the order. She didn't say anything. Very POOR customer service. This location has a bunch of bad reviews. Clicking confirm pickup before you have the order is cheating times. If the Associates are serving their orders BEFORE it is completed. It is cheating service times
