one of your employees in particular, Tyler, has made my experience there very uncomfortable. she is a very unpleasant person that seems to go out of her way to disrespect strangers whenever she feels like it.
Love this place. They have the best deli with amazing foods to choose from. Polite, joyful employees that are very helpful. Super clean store. They also have a big coffee selection with great flavors for a great price
I've been to wawa a couple of times up in Philly. They are all over the place. They have the best coffee, the best food, and the best service. I'm so happy to see them down here in Jacksonville. Welcome Wawa!
I went today for the grand opening. Nice place with lots of new items to try. The food and beverage prices are very reasonable. I filled up on gas at $1.99 a gallon. Welcome to Jacksonville Wawa!
Milkshake machine 😋 is awesome!!
The wawa is pretty awesome. I can get gas, a fresh sandwich, soup, smoothie, good coffee, etc. it’s truly a convenient place to stop. Kinda reminds me of the truck stops when you go on a road trip. Wish they had way more locations.
The atmosphere in this wawa is awful because of one of your employees, Tyler. She gave the most horrible customer service. You should be embarrassed to hire someone so rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional
28 minutes for a panini. Total lack of urgency from the workers. Management should recognize when the food isnt going out quick enough and act on it. Aside from this bad experience, I've had my orders messed up often. This was the last straw.
I LOVED Wawa when it first came to Jax. The selection was insane,(they got me with that frozen peach lemonade) the coffee was delicious, and they even have a vegan breakfast option. But then Covid hit...😔😔😔 My beloved Wawa is suffering from the employee shortage that has gripped so many businesses across the globe, and while I'm trying to hold in, it's getting increasingly harder to support them. On a hot north FL day I pull into the Wawa on Lennox and see the signs for a Chips Ahoy themed frozen selection that made my mouth water. I just knew I was going to be enjoying that today. When I walk in I can already hear raised voices, people are complaining about the wait. I was not looking forward to that, I really wanted one of those shakes though. I go to the order kiosk and pull up the frozen menu, and at 4 pm on a Wednesday, there was nothing there. It was 95 degrees according to my car's thermostat, but Wawas, who dangled a calories laden, confectionary shake before my parched eyes, had obviously missed the weather report this am. I took my hurt to the slush machine, only to have every flavor out along with a sign that said I now had to prepay for plastic cups. Are we having a shrinkage issue in addition to a staffing issue Wawa??? I finally just got a Red Bull, a bag of Chips, and grumbled all the way to the long line. I will say that the young man behind the counter was very pleasant and did make up for it some. I'm still riding with you Wawa, hoping that this is going to get better sooner then later... but yeah.
I went to my first Wawa's today with my daughter. Ive been hearing about Wawa's for a long time now. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak's and Milkshakes they were super delicious! Very Clean inside and we'll organized. Staff were very friendly and nice customer service.
