Sooo disappointed with The Gobbler bowl! 10 bucks..bowl is smaller and not even full or even halfway. Took a picture and will post!!! Wawa has really Changed to the worst for me!!
Originally from N.J. 7 years we've said many times "Wish FL. had WAWA" Went today at opening. Everything perfect. ****UPDATE*** -Well that didn't take long. This is the second time my order was unacceptable. The first time I was beyond understanding as it is a new store etc. The manager Alex was very nice & concerned and assured me WAWA was keeping the food just as it has always been in N.J. P.A. etc. Tonight I was given the "wrong" sandwich (made by the manager) which frankly who ever did order it shouldn't eat it. It was an ice cold cheese steak. The cheese never came close to melting the steak was ice cold. also There were what seemed to be a stray piece of pickle? and what ever the black burnt thing was I pulled out. That was just 1/2 of it, I didn't even bother looking at the other half. The mac & cheese was so watery it had 0 taste. Anyone from up North who knows WAWA all I can say is don't bother except for coffee. You will be sorely disappointed. The store has all ready been Florida-ized.
THE NEW PIZZA IS DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE. THE CHEESE TASTE LIKE SINK WATER AND THE TEXTURE IS NOT ON POINT. GO TO AN ACTUAL PIZZA PLACE, IT WONT BE AS SLIMY GOOEY. SERVICE WAS PHENOMENAL!
This is the worst Wawa in Jacksonville. The store is always dirty the service sucks. The manager Ray is an idiot. Last time I was in there 5:30am no coffee yes I mean no coffee and when I asked the lady about it she was so rude. Wawa's at Wilson and Lane will never see my face again.
I’ve given up on this location and very glad I found a new fav gas station. Food is subpar and overpriced. The customer service is the worst part of it tho.
WaWa is pretty awesome...Breakfast, Lunch & more. Depending when your in there...Service is pretty good. And I have No complaints about the Food either. It gets 2 👍👍 from me.
I'm from Maryland originally and was very excited to hear Wawa was coming to Jax. Wife and I went in last night to get some subs and an iced chai all of which were perfect. The customer service is great, location is clean and the gas price is the best I've seen in Jax.

Terrible service, the food I got was not good at all. When I told the girl with the pink hair working in the beverage area that I got the wrong drink she got an attitude with me and blamed it on the person training, and told me I would have to reorder it, and wait in line instead of just making correcting the mistake. I’ll never go to that Wawa again.
First Wawa I've ever been too and I'm quite impressed. All the food i have gotten has actaully been great. The store is exceptionally clean and the service is very friendly. However if you order food there is going to be quite a wait. That would be my only complaint Even standing in line to pay for just gas at the counter can be really slow at times. Definitely lives up to advertising and then some overall though. Also for some reason they keep their packages of water in the very back corner of the alcohol cooler with no advertisement that it is even there. So if you are looking for packages of water look in walk in beer/alcohol cooler.
