In the past, I have found it to be rather unpleasant to speak to mechanics given that it often feels that I am being spoken down to or being given an unreasonably high quote. My experience at VOLSAR could not have been further from this. My car battery died and I contacted this shop to get a quote. George called me back exactly when he said he would, and gave me a very reasonable quote. Not only that, he was also incredibly kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. He ordered the battery for me this morning, and it arrived this afternoon. I had my car towed there around 3:10PM and got a call from the shop around 4:10pm saying the car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I interacted with Gus and he was also very friendly and helpful. In the end, the repair was actually slightly less expensive than I had originally been quoted, and I was able to drive my car away with no issues. It is so hard to find an honest, reasonably priced, and reliable mechanic and I can say with confidence that this shop ticks all three boxes.

Very good experience. Came in looking for tires, balancing, alignment, etc. Gus and George got me in quickly despite short notice. They fixed an issue with the washer reservoir while they were at it and alerted me to issues with the rear brakes. Fast service, good work, fair price -- they're total professionals.

I used Volsar last week for the first time, and I was very impressed. They changed the oil and did troubleshooting on a headlight problem. George and the crew are personable, professional, and their prices are very reasonable. Looks like I found a new auto mechanic. I would recommend them to anyone needing automotive work, thanks Volsar!

I went to Volsar to fix some lights in my BMW. What impressed me was that I was there on Monday, and my appointment to be on Wednesday morning, and as soon I enter the store, I was greeted by my name!!! This is important, because my name is a little hard to pronounce. I’m very satisfied with the car job, but the customer service was the greatest! Cheers guys, keep up the good work! I used to think that I always had to have my car serviced at the dealer, and tolerated poor service at dealerships, and really wish I'd taken my car to Volsar from the beginning, since they're also very close to where I lived. I had a full inspection/ servicing of my car done at Volsar before I relocated from Boston, and was treated very patiently by the staff at the shop. When I picked up my car, they only charged me for the inspection and took the time to explain what parts are beginning to show some wear and what I need to pay attention to (not necessarily replace) at subsequent maintenance, in simple language I could understand. I had my car go through another full inspection upon delivery in Seattle after a few months in between, cost more than twice as much as what I paid at Volsar, but they failed to identify the same findings. This is a belated review after experiencing several other maintenance services and I truly appreciate the patience and honesty of the guys at Volsar.

First time going there was the other day. Was very happy with the work done on my car. I had a mini tune-up, fuel injector replaced, and a few other things done. They always kept me posted with what was going on with the car. The shop manager was very knowledgeable explained everything to me. I met the owner of the company, he was also very nice. He explain to me exactly everything that was done to my car. I left there with a smile on my face I would definitely recommend Volsar auto to anyone who needs top notch work done on the car. Great auto repair service. Being from out of town, I took a chance and was happy with their service. They were honest, quick and reasonable. I could tell I was in good hands, when I saw many local and repeat customers in their waiting room. Highly recommend Volsar.

I needed a quick repair to my punctured tire and they had me on my way in no time. Highly Recommended!!!

We just needed to have our a/c drained and every other shop we called gave us the run-around. Volsar's mechanics gave us a straightforward answer and charged us less than half of what others quoted. Every employee we talked to was helpful, friendly, and professional too! I'd suggest this mechanic to anyone in the area who asked me for a recommendation and that's something I've never said about anyone I don't know personally. A+ experience.

These guys have been taking care of our cars for decades. Now they're taking care of my kids cars. Maybe not the cheapest, but always fair, always great work, and always loyal to their customers. Thanks Gus!
