I very very rarely give 5 stars. Volsar however is very deserving. Best customer service and excellent quality of service. I'm a customer for life.
Been here a few times for minor things. Oil changes and the replacement. They do their best working with your schedule and the job is done professionally.
First time visit based on a friend's recommendation. Exceptional service. I was talked out of my own incorrect diagnosis which would have been unnecessary maintenance. What a great trusted find!
Had a slow tire leak from a nail in my tire. Called and was told to bring it in in the morning. Dropped it off at 8am, had the tire pulled off, and the hole patched and tire back on before 10am.
Battery was having difficulty holding a charge. Gus and his boys tested it, found it had to be replaced, and one connector had to be replaced. Got it done while I waited. Good job.
Very disappointed with this place ! Won't perform service because I bought the part for my car because they said the make money of the parts. What a sham even though I would pay the cost of the labor and after I told them I have recommended many people to their shop!
I've been coming to Volsar Automotive for eight years and have never encountered any problems with the repairs or service. The staff is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
Beware of these crooks! They will perform work on your car and not tell you about what their hourly rates are and how much it could cost you, then keep your car until you pay. Absolute crooks. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
I've had many repairs done on my 07 Buick Lucerne by these guys and they've always gotten me back on the road with a professional repair at a fair price..They can fix any problem I bring them...Gus is great....He gives me a day to bring it in then he calls me with what he found as the problem along with how much im looking at to fix it...Thank you Gus and Nick for finding that misfire and fixing the unexpected water pump failure....much appreciated
Very honest and dependable. My family has been going there for years. Gus even finds parts with good rebates and passes the savings on to his customers.
