Awesome place to sell and buy used clothes! Great quality with reasonable price and great deals! The staff members are all friendly and great to work with when finding what you need and also when selling your own used clothes! 👍🙏🙌👏
First time going to this place because a friend of mine had recommended it for getting rid of clothes instead of donating to Goodwill where they’ve been ridiculous recently. It was a nice little store with a good selection and a friendly staff. They had nice clothing and good price I recommend for anyone looking for a consignment shop. A nice little bonus on top of it was they donated the clothes that they don’t take to a separate charity.
Offering this as constructive criticism, because I don’t mean to be a hater. The quality here was sooo poor. Pretty much everything was junky and made of polyester. I was actually shocked at how many things I saw from SHEIN. To me the point of buying consignment is getting quality items for less. I would love for them to up the quality here, would be nice to have a good consignment shop in the area!

THE WORST Uptown Cheapsake I have ever step foot in. Store is extremely disorganized and the sales associates do not understand their sales. I was told false information by one of the sales associates and I chose to put back items with this false information that she told me, only to find out that she was WRONG and I missed out on many of the items I put back due to her gross misinformation. I will NEVER step foot back in this establishment due to them wasting my time and giving me a headache. I advise you to save your time and spend your money elsewhere!
We don't live here, but we've been to the area two years in a row. We've visited this store both times, and we've been impressed with their selection of high quality items for purchase. Their sales staff is also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location for shopping. It has a good mix of new and good quality used items. During this visit they were putting out a lot of Lululemon items. My daughter was so excited to pick some to try on. Although none fit her quite right, she sent a group message to her dance team friends who are all here for a competition and told them to check it out. The selection and prices for these pieces are phenomenal! If they can get some it will be a great find!
I tried to sell a few items today, and was told I was unable to sell them due to “youth clothing” and “poor quality”. I frequently find youth clothing on the shelves, and items with giant holes, missing buttons, dirty items, tears, pulled seams, threads, and fabric- as well as large stains. So how come my clothes that have never been worn weren’t accepted, but those were? They will also severely lowball you every time you try to sell, and won’t let you decline their offer. 10$ for my never worn doc martens? Absolutely not. I understand it’s a second hand store, so I won’t get a lot- but seriously? Do not ever sell here.
Haha Well, I ended up going and guess what? The ladies review I read was right..I give them a one star. I read the comments. I always start with the 3 star comments. Because they say those are more likely to be accurate. Well, I read that a woman said it looked like they didn't even go through her clothes right? So I set my bag up. I put a dress flat down underneath some items and no lie whenever I picked it up. They did not go through it. It was exactly how I left it because I brought in a black bag and I took the things out the black bag and put it on top. Also, if they would've went through the clothes, what was on top should have been at the bottom? Instead everything was Exactly how I left it I give them a one star. then whenever I called. I talked to this guy and he was very shallow and kinda rude. when I went to pick up my things. Just, I wouldn't recommend this place just saying I would not recommend this place at all. They have. A lot of other places out there.Dig around before you find the first one or should I say the closest one I'm gonna come back and edit this post in post pictures of the clothes that With price tags still on them Was not old ladies clothes at all an the pants oh well their miss out Thank you guys for such a lovely experience
Loved this store. The quality of the items really stands out—it feels very curated, almost like everything was hand-picked rather than randomly stocked. The store is on the smaller side, but that actually adds to the experience, making it easy and enjoyable to browse.Shoes are thoughtfully organized by size, and clothing is even arranged by color, which makes shopping super intuitive. Customer service was great, and the clothes are in excellent condition. They also have fitting rooms, which is a big plus. Prices can be on the higher side for branded items, but it still feels worthwhile—giving clothes a second life while still feeling good about what you’re wearing. Most items can be returned for exchange, except those marked as sale, which are final sale. Plenty of free parking available, and the surrounding area is quite nice. Definitely one of the better resale stores I’ve been to.
Brought in 3 ikea bags some items with brand new tags, free people, aerie, all name brand items in good shape. I resale across Texas and they took 6 items for $20 all while having a majority of wild fable( target) xhiliration, and Walmart brands on the racks. Waste of time.
