Happened upon this store on a trip. Akin to style encore and such. Found some good items.
My first time here ! My mom referred me , I will most definitely be returning. Store was clean and staff was super nice …. Only advice is to bring your own bag to carry your purchases in after you pay or they also have a reusable bag you can buy that has discounted perks when you come back to shop and bring the store bag.
Very helpful and friendly staff . They had a sale today and this girl that works there totally forgot to get her name. She was tall and had long dark wavy hair but anyways she was so sweet and helpful. I will be back and will keep selling there.
Be Very Careful! Do Not Trust prices. Price tag had a $5 sticker for a shirt. Because they were having a “sale” the price was $12.99. Yep, the sale price rang up $12.99 and the sales clerk said because they were having a sale the item would be full price unless I bought another item. Despite there being a huge $5 price tag on the shirt. So just pay very close attention to the prices you are charged as this location may mislead you.
I came to sell some clothing and I have always done the leave the store option. Never has it taken them the entire shift to call me back for my items. My boyfriend and I went in together but to sell our own things. He did pick the stay in store option but ended up leaving for some food anyway. The staff seemed to be ok with it. we turned our items in around 10:45am and he got a text less than an hour later. I ran multiple errands to pass some time. It had been 3 hours since I last went in there. Of course when I went in to ask about my things I was frustrated because My bf and I were the only ones who turned things in before others came and did the same. The lady clarified to me I was the only out of store waiter. I get there's no time frame with out of store I GET THAT.. I went in and she was going through my bag finally, but says she has 4 others before me bc they prioritize in store. Again, I GET IT but I have been one of the first ones to drop things off, You have 3 to 4 people working, You're telling me NO ONE was able to get the only out of store waiter out of the way!? It was RIDICULUS. To make things worse, I ended up calling them an hour before close ( I ended up going home ) bc I wasn't hearing back. No text, no call. A different shift was on then and the guy told me it had BEEN ready.. since early in the afternoon, and he was not sure why I was not notified. To sum things up, my items ended up being a "pass" which meant nothing was accepted. You CANNOT tell me that was intentional. I went to the Dallas location the next day and they took 7 items.. Insane.
This place is awesome! They were fast and I received A lot for my items. Don’t even waste your time at Plato‘s closet or clothes mentor.

If you plan to try and sell here just don’t. They won’t buy anything and then will give you the crappy spiel about why they didn’t. I brought in Kate spade bags, new in the box Coach wristlet, plenty of shoes and items that were in season and gently used…and they didn’t buy a single item!! This specific location is such a waste of time as a seller, but also as a buyer you’re going to find a lot of cheap crap on the racks and clothes that should’ve never been bought in the first place. Oh, and the rude staff is just the cherry on top!
I spent all day organizing a full box and a full laundry basket full of clothing. I received $12 for only 5 items. I wasn’t expecting much but I expected more than only 5. Your website stated you had many in demand items and I had several things that fulfilled your demand. However, I was told many of my items were unable to be taken due to overstock. Your website is not updated and is very misleading. I will not be selling here again. I was told I had several pieces that were “used”, I hardly wore any of the items I sold to you and you actually only took the items I wore relatively often. However, I love shopping here and I have found many lovely outfits. The buying aspect is amazing but the selling, not so much.
