One of the worst experiences we ever had , we stop by the euless location to sell some clothes being our first time at this place we have to fill out a form , my wifes id & passport are issued here in the us with our home address and personal info from texas never had any problem not even to open a bank account or purchase a house with those ids but the manager at this store did not accept any of them because he state that if the company got an audit they would be in trouble, after this bad experience we will never stop by any of this stores ever
Great place for gently used clothing, I mainly get workout stuff and good quality Jeans, and some work clothes. Good assortment for women, so so for men. Today I walked out with 4 casual long sleeve shirts and 3 pair of jeans, top name brand. Easily $100 a piece, total $80… new would have been $700. After all, we are all wearing used clothing.
This (and goodwill/Salvation Army) are the only places I shop. There are lots of different locations and I live by the Richardson one, so I used to go there. But last time I went, the owner of the Richardson one was EXTREMELY rude to me. In the past I spent thousands of $ shopping for my kids and I at that store but after my experience with her, I wont be going back. The colleyville one was awesome though! Such a great selection too. I don't even know why anyone would pay for new clothes when there are stores like this. Buying new clothes is throwing away your money. Only way to go is thrift, it's all my kids know, and they always look so cool. haha.
does this place not know what sizes are???? like you have everything “organized” by size and style but somehow NOTHING is in the correct size?? i’m looking in the XL and all i see is XS and M. and the jeans? bro why is there 2 different sizing patterns in women’s jeans. why is there 36 kind of sizing and xxl sizing?? are yall okay or what? pick a size chart and organize it accordingly. this place is difficult to shop at and i hope you all know that. if i wanted to have to look through every rack for my size then i would go to goodwill lmao.
Awesome shop! Friendly employees and great selection of discounted designer clothes, bag, and wallets. This is my new go to store when I’m having a shopping crave. My mother is disabled, and when we first visited the store a few months ago the employee working helped my mom with trying on dresses, and even helped her find the perfect one and made her feel beautiful. Just tried to sell some clothes, they said they don’t take formal wear, despite having them in the store, we said how about these jeans? “Sorry we don’t take skinny jeans”. Then politely asks if we want to donate.

Some random guy in the store complained about me going into the dressing room with my girlfriend. One of the associates came and stated “oh yeah there can only be one person in the room.” Then proceeded to check all the other rooms. One room was a mother and daughter. All cause this guy said something. I've previously been at this exact location and have went into the dressing room with my friends and it was 3 of us and there was no problem with the staff. I felt very uncomfortable so we just left.
It was my very first time coming here and I did not have a good experience. I was initially excited that there was an Uptown Cheapskate close to home but now I’m not sure if I’ll be back to this one. I brought my clothing items to sell and ended up waiting more than 2 hours for the employees to sort through my items and I was never notified that they were ready. Never received the phone call. When I first entered the store, I was initially told by the staff that it would be 45 mins to an 1hr after I checked in, and then I would receive a phone call letting me know that my items were ready. I told the staff member that that was fine and that I’ll shop around in the meantime while I wait. I had no problem shopping while waiting and I didn’t mind waiting an hour at all. About an hour passed, and there were two items that I picked out to purchase. Two pairs of pants that I absolutely loved. I knew that they were not finished sorting through my clothing items that I was selling so I asked the two staff members if I could put these pants that I wanted on hold until they were finished sorting through my items. They told me, “Yes, no problem and that they would hold those two items for me until my items were finished being sorted and reviewed.” I did a little bit more shopping in the store and then decided to go sit in the car while I continued to wait for them being finished. By this time another hour had passed and I figured that maybe they were just really busy and behind on sorting items. Well, it wasn’t until I saw the two employees who I initially talked to walking past my car (they didn’t see me) to their cars to go home that I realized maybe they had forgotten about me. I immediately then went into the store and asked about my items and the polite gentleman told me that my items had been ready and he told me that they should have called me an hour ago to let me know. I then asked him about the two pairs of pants that I had on hold and he went to look for them only to discover that they weren’t there. He explained to me that they were not in the “holding area” that they were supposed to be in and that he had no idea where the other two employees had put them. Needless to say and as you could imagine I was very frustrated at this point because I had already waited more than the time I was told, I never received my phone call to let me know they had finished with my items, and if I had not went back and checked myself on the status of my items, I would probably still be waiting...On top of it all, the two items that I wanted to purchase-I didn’t even get to buy because they were simply misplaced after the two former employees told me that they would hold it for me. Overall, just not a good experience and impression especially for my first time. I will say that as far as the store goes, it is clean and well organized but the staff members need to make sure that they are paying attention to their customers and their needs. I understand that the majority of them seem to be in high school but they seem more interested in having conversations with each other and rushing out as soon as it’s their time to clock out than focusing on what’s happening in the store. Very frustrating!!!
A really good place to shop, my daughter loves it. The employees greet you with a smile. The atmosphere is very comfortable, allowing you to relax while shopping. I was very pleased with how everything was in order on the racks.
