Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to find something that was very budget friendly and I was able to use my veteran discount. Highly recommended store for budget tight shopping.
I visited this location for the first time today and they did not disappoint. Sydney was amazing in helping me find what I needed and then some. She patiently (enthusiastically, in fact) helped me find items on the rack and provided feedback as I tried them all on. I usually become frustrated and overwhelmed after the first few items don't work out, but she really helped me power through and walk away with a new blazer, 3 dresses, and new heels all under $100.
My sister-in law brought me here and do I have to say it is wonderful! Very clean and chic like a in-mall-retailer but for affordable prices. I found a cute denim jacket, elegant white top and a silky shein dress❤️(total was just under $30). I wish my hometown had a store like this.
I will say the store is clean and they do have some pretty nice items to buy from. I’ve sold with them once before, but on this second time was a bad experience. I had a heavy bag full of clothes with 2 pairs of shoes , and only 5 items got picked out of the whole bag, for 21 dollars in cash! I should've just taken my bag of clothes to sell at Plato’s closet instead. The next time I clean out my closet Plato’s is where I’m going to sell.
Dropped my clothes off and was told it would take about an hour I chose to not stay in the store for an hour and walk across the street. If you are not back by 5:00 they will donate your clothes. It has been two and a half hours and is now 4:30 and I was told that they have not started to even look at the items I dropped off bc I wasn’t in the store. I have other places to be this is kind of annoying and I would appreciate more communication. I don’t want to leave a bad review because I enjoy shopping here and I understand things happen but still.
Went for the first time a couple of weeks ago and went again this week. Staff is so so friendly and personable and the selection is great. I have been to other stores like this before and this is by far my favorite. Great options and the selling process is really great too. Will be a forever customer!
This place is always clean, the staff friendly, and the selection pretty good. I really like that they take care of the extra items that they don't accept for you. It really takes a burden off me and it's good to know that they're going somewhere good still.
I always find quality clothes here at reasonable prices. I recently got a black sweater for $25 and I did not even realize until I got home it is 100% Cashmere. The last time I went I found a 700 rating down jacket it was under $30. Awesome store
I received terrible customer service at this location. I have been to a couple other locations and have never had such an experience. I was the first customer in the store when they opened and signed to drop off my buy. The representative told me that it would be only about 25 mins seeing that I was the only customer. I waited in my car for over an hour before I went inside to use the restroom. I asked where the restroom was and I was told by the other rep that I could not use it. I waited thinking it would just be another 5 mins. To my surprise another customers buy was ready and she was attended to fully and left the store. I waited another minute or two before asking if my buy had even be reviewed yet. The store rep said that no it hadn’t. I questioned why not as it was way longer than what she said I was the first one in the store. She said she told me that because I didn’t stay in the store my items would not be reviewed until I came back. I asked for her name but she did not say. I recommend visiting other locations.
