Prices are bit higher than expected, but very organized. Staff is friendly. Large selection for women. Not much for men or kids. Focused on apparel mostly. They offer 10% off of you bring your own bag, but it doesn’t apply if it’s plastic which is dumb. Reusable is anything you can use more than once why should it matter if it’s plastic or not. Prices are fair.
We always have such a great experience coming to your store, my boyfriend and I are form Houston and always make time to stop in and find a cute piece. This location is always so clean organized and the staff is always so pleasant and accomidating. We love it here and until next time 🥰

I recently moved back to the area and was excited to visit this location again but both times I went, the customer service was SO BAD. The first time I walked in, I had a bag of clothes to donate that I had collected from my move. The girl up front didn’t even look at me and she immediately turned me away because they weren’t accepting clothes that day. That’s fine. But at least acknowledge someone who’s walked in with their arms full of stuff for the store and maybe try to pretend you’re sorry about the inconvenience. I tried to go in a second time today and same thing. This time they were accepting clothes, but every word spoken to me was still without even looking at me and as if I wasn’t worth one bit of their time. I genuinely enjoyed shopping there to find good pieces, but it’s not even worth the casual trip inside. Either get people that can at least fake like they enjoy their job, or stop accepting clothes to sell/donate if it’s really such a hassle for the team to manage.
Absolutely Horrible Experience – Missing Items, Racism, and Zero Accountability! I went into Uptown Cheapskate Addison to sell some of my Lululemon items. I brought in 15 pieces, they bought 6 items for $48, and when I got home, I realized I only had 5 items left in my bag. That means 4 pairs of leggings mysteriously disappeared. When I called the store to ask about this, the associate who answered was completely useless, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering her just for wanting to know what happened to my property. I’m still waiting on a call back days later. But that wasn’t even the worst part. While I was waiting in the store, I overheard the so-called “manager” (an older Caucasian woman) talking with her associate. She said someone was “sweet as pie,” and when I smiled thinking they were talking about me, the associate asked “which one?” and pointed at me and another woman. When she pointed to me, the “manager” said, “oh no, not her, the white one.” I was stunned. I am Hispanic, and for her to openly reduce someone’s worth or identity down to their race in front of customers is absolutely disgusting. Then I watched as an Asian couple came in to sell clothes. The manager rudely told them she had hit her “cash quota” and they could only get store credit. The couple was confused and asked questions, but she dismissed them rudely until they gave up and left. Not five minutes later, a young white girl walked in with clothes and the manager happily handed her cash—no mention of quotas, no mention of store credit. The double standard and blatant discrimination were appalling. This location is toxic, unprofessional, and flat-out racist. They steal from customers, they lie, they treat people of color differently, and they don’t even try to hide it. I will NEVER step foot in this store again and I urge anyone who doesn’t support blatant racism and shady practices to stay far away. There are plenty of resale stores in the area—don’t waste your time or dignity here.
I bought a 2-piece set here that I thought was $32.99 but when I got to the car and looked at my receipt I noticed that it was $32.99 + $29.99 for both pieces. I would not have paid $64+ taxes for this set. I went right back in to return it and they said they only do store credit. I said I thought it was 1/2 the price and I would like a refund which they denied. They said the only way I could have a refund is if I “cancelled the whole transaction but then I wouldn’t be allowed to shop here again.” Also, the tags don’t say anything about the set being sold separately… attaching pictures. I won’t be coming here again.
