what makes living better at two light is the relentless hard work that everyone in staff put in everyday. Constantly upgrading the common area for the new feel and always top notch cleaning and ongoing maintenance with a smile on face. Had great experience with Etta and Derick with their diligence at work and readiness to help the residents make most of it. They and other people in staff make sure the place is spotless and everything works as it’s supposed to, and are so humble. Definitely a shout out to Maxwell at leasing for being so overarching, accommodating and for being simply Awesome.
Two Light is the true definition of luxury apartments. As someone working from home, I needed a place with top-notch amenities, a sense of safety and security, comfort and cleanliness. Two Light met every criterion and surpassed my expectations. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Darrien. She gave me a detailed and excellent tour and has been very responsive in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I would also like to express my gratitude to Miss Etta. She is part of the cleaning crew and takes her job seriously. I had a minor issue moving in, and she resolved it right away. She went above and beyond to ensure every corner of my space was impeccably clean. Also, a big thanks to Courtney. She has been super helpful and responsive. Overall, I enjoy calling Two Light my home; it is luxury living at its finest.
We have lived in many places. Trying to find the right one that would fit us. When we came to two lights, we didn't have to look any further. Because we had found our home. From the leasing office to maintenance, and their Amenities they're excellent to outstanding. We're so happy to be a part of their family.
My first experience here was fantastic. All of the office staff there were so friendly. I had the pleasure of speaking with Courtney and her customer service was great. She was very knowledgeable about everything you guys have to offer. If anyone is thinking about coming here for any future living options, I suggest talking with Courtney if you want a luxurious experience.
When choosing a place to call home there are several important factors, for me that is. 1. Safety — that was my number one and I have been so pleased. 2. The location, although I love all the districts in our city, this is my favorite. Easy access on the highway. Hugged by the crossroads and Power & Light — what more could you ask for living downtown? Let’s not forget all the concerts next door at T-Mobile, that was a huge plus for me. Lastly, in my opinion Two Light has the best 360 views of Kansas City. Prove me otherwise. 3. This one is tied between the actual property/amenities and the team that maintains its excellence! Hands down impressive. I’ve lived here for 11 months now and promise I wasn’t paid or even asked to right this post. It’s just how much I’ve enjoyed it! 4. I’ve met a ton of awesome neighbors and now great friends! #bonus
I had such a great first time experience! Everyone was so pleasant! Walking in and immediately getting a warm welcome from the front desk receptionist! The hospitality manager was really funny, and the agent that I was with the entire time, darrien, did a really good job answering any questions I was having! Which were a lot. She was very polite and lighthearted and really made Two Light pop out in my eyes. The amount of things you can do here is insane! Thank you so much Darrien!
I love the community and amenities. It is always so so clean and smells so good, I love walking through the halls because it always smells fresh. Amenities and community areas are always so clean and relaxing. All of the staff are great and so friendly. Darrien was particularly so helpful with helping me pick which unit I wanted and was so patient with me and always available to answer my questions even at inconvenient times and helped make move in day easy. Maxwell was also great on move in day and helping me get settled in. Whenever I see them in passing they are always so happy and willing to help. Building feels very safe as well and neighbors are so friendly. The only thing that bothers me is it is sometimes loud at night facing the south side, lots of motorcycles making loud sounds back and forth which is sometimes frustrating.
Two light is an amazing place to live. Between the amenities, location, and atmosphere of course it’s amazing. What makes Two Light above and beyond is the entire staff. Derek with maintenance is always so kind and helpful and is always available for residents needs, Victoria with reception is always so welcoming and remembers regular guests. All the staff here at two light make it such a comfortable to community to live in and be a part of.
Two Light has been amazing! From the staff like Victoria, Shannon, AD, Maxwell, Darrien, Tyler, and the housekeeping, who all go above and beyond anything you need. The amazing community of people that I have met has been priceless! When I moved in, I would have never thought I would’ve met such amazing people, that have become my forever friends. I wish I would have moved in sooner!
