Two Light Luxury Apartments

It’s been a pleasure living at two light for a couple years now. We were first taken care of by Chase who got us acclimated with the community and set us up properly. He was fantastic to work with and continued to provide support throughout his tenure. Darrien recently just helped us sign our newest lease and the service remains consistent. I appreciate the effort she took to ensure we understood our lease and the changes happening. She was beyond patient as my wife and I weigh our options and ultimately decided to renew our lease. Our unit and the amenities are top notch, but Darrien and the rest of the Two Light staff played a part in us returning as well. Very grateful to be apart of the community.

Two Light is not just a Luxury apartment building but a true sense of community. From the first meeting with Maxwell ( in Leasing) who had our needs met from the beginning and Darrien always ready to go the extra mile for whatever you need. Tyler and Ad (Activities) keeps the bar area organized, nicely stocked with the best libations and of course fun. These two young men work very hard at keeping events planned and to make sure that people have reason to connect. From paint and sips to 80"s themed dance parties and the amazing Saturday brunches with mimosas the activities staff has it more than covered. Ally (bartender) is there to keep your glass full and of course be of good company. Etta and Gloria (housekeeping) pays great attention to detail and keeps the entire building looking spotless. Etta always has a smile on her face and fun to chat with. Derek, Shane and Robbie in Maintenance are quick to respond and fix all maintenance request. Shannon and Victoria at the front desk are there to offer friendly greetings to all guest and residents and watch out for the safety of the building. At first I was apprehensive to sell the family home and move to an apartment but we could not have made a better choice. Our 12 month lease will turn in to 24 as we plan on staying for awhile. We love the Two Light family.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for working with Darrien, the leasing agent who has been assisting me. I have found her to be extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. Her prompt communications and attention to detail have made the experience smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and dedication she has shown. It has been a pleasure working with her, and I wanted to acknowledge her exceptional customer service.

5 star review for the staff! The best thing about living at Two Light is the sense of community created by the staff. Every morning, I’m greeted by Shannon, Derrick and Etta who help keep our building running smoothly and efficiently. They always make sure to talk to my little dog TJ and give him a treat, too. :)

Ms. Rothstein, the Multisite General Manager at Two Light Apartments, handles issues very promptly and always takes the time to address residents’ concerns with great care. I can truly feel that Two Light has an outstanding management team.

My second year of living here is coming to an end and i’m going to miss Two Light so much! Staff is just the absolute best & I mean all of them. Maintenance, front desk, and leasing are all so kind. If there ever is an issue, they’re on it immediately. The community is amazing, it’s like this place comes with friends upon move in. Amenities are beautiful. Events going on almost every week for residents. (Shoutout to AD for always cooking up the best breakfasts for us) !! The units theirselves are stunning. Views are amazing. I really do love this place and would recommend it to anybody looking for luxury living in DTKC.

If you want to live in a complex where you hear domestic violence often, a poorly guarded multi floor garage where your expensive car WILL be stolen/vandalized, and staff who will secretly talk behind your back about how much they despise YOU and your "dumb" life, then THIS is the perfect place for you! Only a "luxury" if you can ignore all of the horrible qualities! P.S. NO, I'm not open to contacting anybody about what I have said. Your "security" company along with the complexes are AWFUL, negligent even. And you literally see these residents and certain staff as subhuman if they aren't lining your pockets with thousands or working without any sort of incentive. :)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrea, the property manager at Two Lights, for my lease signing process. I must commend Andrea for her remarkable professionalism and dedicated customer service throughout the process. Andrea made the leasing experience smooth and straightforward, guiding me with patience and understanding every step of the way. If you're considering Two Lights for your housing needs, you can look forward to an excellent level of service and a welcoming community, spearheaded by individuals like Andrea. I highly recommend Two Lights and especially commend Andrea for her exceptional work. Also, Etta has been helping me out and giving me really warm welcomes, she made this place like home for me. I appreciate her efforts and dedication in keeping everything in check. Excellent work! 100 percent appreciation for her.

Living at Two Light this past year has been wonderful. From the Friendly and outgoing Leasing staff, Helpful property manager, Resident events, Front desk attendants, Awesome Maintenance staff, this place is hard to beat. Don't even get me started on the views from my apartment, and the tremendous amenity floor, I could live in that spa pool room forever. If you're considering a place to live in Kansas City, Downtown, Two Light is the place for you!! If I could give 10/5 Stars I would.

I have had the pleasure of living at the Two Light Luxury apartments for over a year. From the moment we moved in we felt like we were a part of a community. The staff have become family to us. Etta, Gloria, and Derek greet you every morning with a smile and keep the building in top notch shape. Shannon and Victoria are always lovely, helpful and professional. A.D. puts on the best community events and Tyler is a great asset to the bartending staff. We love everyone here and we're so grateful to be a part of this Two Light family. The apartments are clean and modern and the downtown views are stunning but the people are what make this place truly special.
