Going on 3 years at Two Light! We love the well maintained apts and amazing staff. Superstar front desk led by Shannon and Shamika take care of anything and everything, super responsive, always friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel safe and being helpful. Shamika has a heart of gold, remembering everyone’s names and even helped capturing a loose resident’s dog, she makes it an amazing community!
Amazingly maintained building and best community for those new to town, weekly social events and luxurious common areas have been a haven for a remote worker like myself. The leasing staff lead by Andrea, Maxwell and the front desk team is nothing short of attentive, efficient and friendly, even remembers to leave birthday surprises!
Beautiful space and great amenities, but was not a fan of management and how issues or requests were handled
I have loved living at the two light apartments. I moved here from a different city last year and cannot say enough good things about this place. The common area are very well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. Edda, Gloria, Joe, and Patrick always greet me with a smile when I get my morning coffee. 5/5!
I recently moved to Kansas City, and chose Two Light Apartments. I have to admit that the level of professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. Maxwell helped me out every step of the way, and I have no regrets with my decision. This truly feels like a 5 star hotel with the wide variety of amenities.
Amazing building awesome amenities, Maxwell the number 1 leasing agent there made my process very smooth and seamless. Touring with the building and getting everything taken care of for my lease with Maxwell was easy breezy and actually fun at some points. Would highly recommend!
I’ve lived at Two Light for almost 2 years. The Events and Community ran by AD are unmatched! It’s not just an apartment or luxury living, those are great too, but it’s a community! You won’t regret it! Update: the maintenance team is very friendly and efficient. Etta and Derrick will always be there to greet you in the morning! They add to the comfortable environment.
The staff is amazing! Etta ensures everything always looks beautiful and is pristine, and she consistently makes you feel at home. She always has a positive attitude, and her work ethic is superior. Two Light is great and Etta is one of the reasons it is extra special! Earl
If you’re looking for a peaceful environment with friendly people this is the place to be. Everyone that lives here is nice you won’t see anyone not smiling! Maxwell is the leasing associate who helped me pick out my apartment! Very informative regarding room situation pricing, availability and willing to help with whatever is needed. World class experience through and through you won’t find any place like this.
Absolutely beautiful properties with amazing views of the city! I knew moving to Kansas City I needed to get in contact with Chase! We met in college when he helped me with my first apartment as a leasing manager in Columbia. His outgoing personality and knowledge of all the ins and outs of the complex made moving a breeze! Working with Chase in KC has been the same great experience!
