Two Light Luxury Apartments

I've been living at Two Light for 3 years now and it gets better every year! The staff is always INCREDIBLE! Especially Darrien, I feel like she's everywhere all the time. Which has been extremely helpful when you have questions about anything and just having the feeling like you have family everywhere in the building. Highly recommend Two Light if you're looking for an amazing community with the best living situation you'll find anywhere in KC

Move in was smooth and the account team help me schedule the specific times of my move and with local resources to coordinate with. Being prepared and having everything completed with paperwork before move in was key in having everything prepped and in order. Overall great experience.

Living at two light for 2+ years has been a great experience. The social aspect is amazing and unlike other luxury apartments I have lived at in past, they don't just sell the idea of community. There is a true sense of community and many of my neighbors are now some of my closest friends. The amenities are the best in Kansas City by far. The building is well maintained and EXTREMELY CLEAN! The cleaning staff at two light is outstanding. The morning after a large event, the amenity space will look brand new, almost like magic!

Patrick was awesome! Educational, and very personable. Very pleased with the Service. From the Front desk, Shimeka who even submitted the wo to the actual maintenance by Patrick, Great Experience. Another gentleman came later to follow up.

I just moved into Two Light a few weeks ago and the entire process, from viewing to moving in, has been seamless. The entire team has been great, but Courtney my leasing specialist at the building went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. The building staff and the other residents have all been super friendly and helpful. Maintenance was also extremely kind and efficient when problems came about. An important note: this building is in downtown, so make sure you are asking questions if you are worried about outside noise and the area surrounding the building. From my experience, they were upfront about possible traffic noise and together we were able to find the best place suited for my needs.

I recently had the opportunity to take a tour of the Two Light Luxury Apartments and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the property manager, Andrea. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the building and all of its amenities, and made sure to show me all of the highlights. The apartments themselves are stunning. The design is modern and stylish, with high-end finishes and incredible views of the city. The amenities are top-notch as well, including a fitness center, rooftop terrace, and pool. Everything is impeccably maintained and it's clear that the team takes great care in ensuring that residents have an exceptional living experience. One thing that really stood out to me during the tour was how genuine and friendly Andrea was. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was genuinely interested in making sure that I had all of the information that I needed. It was clear that she truly cares about the residents and is committed to making sure that they are happy and comfortable in their homes. Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful experience on the tour of Two Light. The property itself is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the team, lead by Andrea, is incredible. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable living experience in the heart of the city.

Moving into Two Light Apartments has truly been a dream! From the moment I arrived, the staff has been professional and always ready to help with anything. Even the security team goes above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for, which gives me so much peace of mind. Living here honestly feels like being on vacation every single day. The entire place has a luxury resort vibe with every amenity I could ever need right at my fingertips. The building is stunning, impeccably maintained, and full of thoughtful details that make life easier and more enjoyable. What I love most is the view from my apartment and waking up to such beautiful scenery is something I never get tired of. It’s like having a daily dose of peace and inspiration right outside my window. If you’re looking for a city apartment that truly has all the bells and whistles, this is your place. I’m beyond happy to call Two Light home!

My apt faced south. It was the noisiest place I've ever lived and I've lived all over the USA. Scary zombie people walk the streets all over KC so it's a creepy place to walk. All the restaurants in the area are overpriced, even the Two Light rips their tenants off by pricing their drinks too high. The lease agreement is the worst I've seen in my life. You can't buy out of it. It's modern-day Confederate slavery. They don't care if you're happy or not, you're stuck there brother. I suggest getting the 3 month lease to see if you like it. After one week I knew I made a mistake because in general, the quality of life there sucks. Cars doing donuts in the intersection below, gun shots fired at the building from across the street. It may look cool but it really isn't a cool place to live.

As a future resident, I cannot commend Two Light enough for the exceptional job they did in facilitating my apartment search. Specifically, my leasing specialist Melanie went above and beyond to ensure every one of my questions was answered thoroughly and efficiently. During the tour, Melanie was incredibly knowledgeable, not just about the property itself but also about the surrounding area. She offered great insight into the downtown lifestyle, local restaurants, and community events, which really helped me get a feel for what living at Two Light would be like. She also worked closely with me on timing and availability, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine enthusiasm were major factors in my decision to choose Two Light as my next home. I highly recommend working with Melanie if you're considering this beautiful apartment complex, and I cannot wait to become part of this amazing community.

This is two light the newest most luxurious building in KC beautifully built nice living spaces and unbeatable amenities! The staff is amazing! Only down fall no guest parking garage.
